Location.

The front desk took 15 minutes to find our reservation and made us feel that we didn¿t belong there. They did not mention that we had free breakfast. The room deluxe with garden view do not exist. The fridge was broken. Cable Tv did not work.

We were in the first floor and our room had a huge light source in our balcony. We couldn’t sleep.

Basic as they come. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff friendly. They offered beach towels, and friendly advice. The hotel is close to 5th Ave but far away enough that you're not disturbed by the loud music. The beach is a 10 minute walk which was really convenient.

The room didn't come with a locker or a safe. Our neighboring guests were loud at 4 am which isn't the hotel's fault but since we were on the 1st floor I would expect the receptionist to be able to hear the noise and have them quiet down.

Everything was wonderful. Yael is superb!!!! He recommended the best food spots. Did not fail. My kids enjoyed their stay. Everyone was hospitable. Definitely coming back. Property was excellent, clean and quiet.

Location perfect..quiet!Staff was amazing..great service.

Pillows were very hard, Air conditioner system was confusing to manage and was on at all times making very cold at times and toilet had a sewer smell.

2nd time staying here and it gets better. They sent a dessert for our honeymoon and it was very special! Staff is always very friendly. Breakfast is very tasty

STAY AWAY. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. not even 3 star.

You can bearly take a shower o ly a few drops coming put..no pressure. for parking you to call so they open the gate.not convenient. the AC is right above the bed and makes too much noise. not a good experience. go elsewhere

We liked the position of the property

There was high music for all 2 nights that we stayed in the evening. That was later than 2 am and I am sure 100 per cent of the time as happend both nightsI actually went downstairs in the reception saying about the music on the swimming pool and they replied that they could do nothing, I was not impressed with that and I ask to go and ask to lower the volume. They slightly lower the volume ( slightly ).We were looking for a place quiet in the night and that was not the case.

It was a little hotel well managed and close to the seaside. The staff was very friendly and efficient, Romina and Jose were really problem solving. The pool was relaxing either with a astonishing view over the city

The breakfast was very good but not well assorted. They served fried egg but the bread is not included and you have to pay for it.

Staff is absolutely unfriendly, almost never say hello, you feel that you’re disturbing them every time you’re asking for something

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food and coffee were enjoyable. Location was absolutely perfect for what i was looking for, which was to be away from the craziness of la Quinta avenida, and a short walk from the beach.

Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. I observed that the plumbing fixtures, particularly the faucet, appeared to be in need of more thorough cleaning. The faucet had a gooey residue that detracted from the otherwise pristine appearance I anticipated.

The property is in a good location pretty close to the 5th Avenida, the room is nice, good beds, pillows, air conditioning, nice bathroom, good staff

On Mondays the hotel residents take dance lessons in the rooftop close to the 4th floor till 1am, not letting you sleep or rest because of the noise.

Bad

First of all, the breakfast is not included. You only get the choice between eggs, even without some bread. Drinks also not included. Second, at some days there’s a party on the rooftop until midnight and it’s very noisy. Third, the facilities didn’t work for some days at times. At some point we didn’t even have water to take a shower or any electricity. Even the hotel members said nothing about it and when asking questions, they weren’t that kind to their guests.

Good location. You get passes for a beach club ( no fee for the beds but a 300 or 500 pesos minimum spend) and they provide you with towels downstairs. Good parking provided. Breakfast is very tasty. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and the other day we went to a really lovely breakfast place nearby. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small but for a good price they are fine
