Villas Sacbe Condo Hotel and Beach Club

A beautiful, green and pleasant hotel in the heart of an active urban area. The hotel staff was welcoming, pleasant and professional. You can get all kinds of things for the beach from the hotel free of charge. The room is beautiful, clean and pleasant. It is true that the hotel is located really, really close to the clubs, but we personally closed all the doors and slept great, maybe because we got a room on the ground floor. In any case, they were prepared and came with earplugs. The room is equipped with everything you need and more (there was even a Bluetooth speaker!!). The kitchen in the room is very clean and has everything you need. The hotel deserves a rating of 15 out of 10!

It is centralized, easy access to beach and to Quinta ave . Comfortable layout . Enjoyed the staff . Clean .

The music 22/24 hours 7 days a week. You can’t enjoy the outdoors quietly . Pool is cold , jet area of pool ( hot tub type is also cold) showers were tepid when lucky mostly cold . There is no «  beach club » the beach is gone completely eroded away . Only thing there is crazy expensive drinks .

Beautiful grounds, attractive, well equipped and clean apartment in a very central location in Playa. Potable hot and cold water. Staff surprised my husband on his very special birthday with a bottle of wine, a card, and a room full of balloons. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again, despite the few small complaints mentioned below.

Lack of outlets near the bed. Could either use the bedside lamp or the white noise machine, but not both at the same time. Low water pressure...more of a sprinkle than a shower. Frosted glass doors don't allow for a completely dark bedroom. The street noise on our third night was astonishingly loud, until well after 4 a.m.

The apartment was very spacious, secure, and very private. The staff were excellent, from reception to maintenance team. Everything was very well maintained. I read reviews about it being noisy, and the page even warned about noise in the area, however, once inside the apartment, I could hardly hear anything from the busy 5th avenue. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

Nothing but iv you are looking for a quiet place this isn’t it. Very close to nightclubs. This didn’t bother us at all.

The pool was lacking. Was just for dipping in. Did not utilize it.

Great location in Downtown Playa del Carmen, next to 5ta Avenida and all the amenities. The condo was big with all the required comforts, including two big TVs and all the kitchen appliances.

The noise from the clubs on 12th Street was a bit loud, especially on the weekends. The insulation is quite good but you could still hear it until 2 am!

Incredible location, SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH, lovely staff and our condo was clean, spacious, snd safe. We loved the amenities and the staff were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. I will 100% recommend staying here to all of my friends and family.

So close to everything but had its own private feel and was very quiet away from 5th Avenue. Size of apartment, very clean, great pool and beautiful gardens. Amazing staff!

New really like the location and the atmosphere.

The TV didn't work and they were not able to fix it before we left This was disappointing. The individual helping us couldn't access the property with the code, so we had to go through the parking garage/basement, which dod not feel safe late at night.

Perfect location, right in the center of Playa del Carmen and walking distance of everything. The accommodation was exactly as described, the bed super comfy, and we loved how it is decorated, everything we needed was there. We also felt very safe, there is a night guard at the entrance and makes rounds every hour. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect. This place is clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the facilities were nice and comfy. It’s like a calm island in the middle of the hustle of Playa de Carmen!

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Lovely condo in a central location. Bed was very comfortable.

It was at a great location. Everything was in walking distance. The room was clean and I liked the Mayan jungle theme.
