Great location. Close to shopping & eateries. Loved the jungle feel! Hotel employee at the front desk was nothing short of amazing! He remembered my name & used it every time he saw me. Gave great suggestions & we held a couple of conversations. Great guy!

Our 1st room, a bungalow,was not up to par! It was an older room that needs updating & a deep cleaning. Had a centipede crawl on my sons bed at 2am! We were given a rm to sleep in for the night(nicer) and then upgraded. They made it right & we enjoyed it

Beautiful scenery in the middle of a city. Close to the beach. Pool plus jacuzzi.

The bedding was not up to par

Right next to the 5th Ave walking area. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need. The pool area was nice for a little relaxation. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

At night you could hear the live music until 2am, but that’s to be expected if you’re that close to 5th Ave.

The location is close to 5th Avenue. Plenty of entertainment, restaurants and beach is 2 blocks away.

The beds were very hard. The cleaning service was every 2 days, it would've been nice to get at least the trash taken out at least. Especially with a family sized condo with a kitchen.

The location was ideal and close to everything, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. I also liked the private parking and security of the building, although I never felt unsafe in Playa Del Carmen. The best part were Maria and Sylvia, they kept the place spotless while we were there and made beautiful towel animals for us.

Close to la quinta avenida

Place was under construction therefore there was a lot of noise. Couldn’t sleep. There was cockroaches. Old tv, dirty pool.

We loved our time there. Already planning our next stay. Location was excellent. We are bringing friends next time. The people were helpful and friendly I've been a lot places around the and this was one of the most welcoming and relaxed. Bueno noches Cocoa and Jimmy..

The property was very close to 5th Ave a very nice and popular location. Many restaurants and stores that you could easily walk to. We walked there every night.

Close to 5 Avenida, restaurants, beach. Quiet . felt like you were in your own secret garden in the middle of everything

Beautiful jungle vibes and there’s animals that are actually running around through the jungle which I thought was great. It’s definitely relaxing. Place was kept clean.

I got the bungalow and from the pictures it looks a lot bigger because it doesn’t specify that the pictures are of multiple rooms. So my room seemed to have more dated furniture than what I was expecting. And not I also thought the front staff of hotel could have been a little more welcoming. They were not very prone to hellos or goodbyes.

staff was great, location so close to Quinta avenida was excellent, also within walking distance to the beach (3 blocks)

one night there was a stench from the sewer it was terrible, we reported it the following morning and the staff was very responsive. it did not repeat, but the incident left us concerned.
