One of the elevators were out The refrigerator wasn't cleaned The handle to turn the shower on was very nasty and had hair on it

Friendly staff

It was an older hotel in need of some updating. While we didn¿t ask for handicap accessible accommodations we expected it to have minimal safety features such as safety bars to help get in and out of the tub. The bars available weren¿t properly placed.

Breakfast was extremely limited for a gluten free dietary restriction.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Nice that a restaurant was onsite. Bathroom was very nice

Water leak remnants in ceiling and on wall was very disturbing. I couldn¿t quit staring at the unfinished repair. Even though the room was clean, this gave me an uncomfortable feeling. And some furniture was very worn and old. There was no sitting chair

Staff was very helpful

Once we checked in the room we were assigned to was already taken. We tried to get in the room but people were already in there. We had to wait for the staff to get us another room. It was after midnight before we finally got in a room.

Not pet friendly as advertised, service animals only with proper paperwork

The continental hot breakfast was really good. It was fresh and the area was clean all throughout breakfast thanks to the attendant

Very friendly food service staff. Easy access to I-20 and I-55. Surprisingly quiet, there were ongoing renovations and a lot of people staying at the hotel due to several events concurrently held in Jackson.

Not a lot of dining options in the immediate area. Strange access to hotel - go through parking lot of another hotel.

Comfort bed, cleanliness of room,shuttle to airport,breakfast

no TV for a day and a half, poor security homeless guy got o the elevator reach the 4th floor and was extremely nasty wet of urine had the entire floor smelling like urine,too strong to bare inside of my room.

Booked and charged for two rooms when only one was ordered

Convenient for the business I was down for. Hotel was very clean and staff was great.
