La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson Airport/Pearl

The staff was wonderful.

The walls were water damaged, tub would not drain, mold on most surfaces, wall paper peeling, carpets torn apart. The bed covered were all stained (we called the front desk about this issue because we couldn't tell if dirty or stained).

Leaving was my favorite part.

It smelled horrible. Smelled like every animal in the hotel used the bathroom in that room. 218. We didn’t even stay the night got there at 10:20 and left before 11 in search of another hotel.

Location was okay. Room was adequate.

There were people smoking pot in the parking lot. The room was not very clean. Cleaning staff was screaming profanities at each other at 8 in the morning.

Had a peculiar odor in the room. The ceiling had fell loose and had not been repaired. The decor in the room was dated and had a rather dark feeling.

Normal accommodation , nothing special

I booked a room with a bucket under the AC, in order to contain the drips water . Could not have a quite sleep, The AC drips water for the whole night .

I was able to have my dog there without additional charge.

The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable with a loud uncomfortable mattress protector . The pillows were also hard and uncomfortable.

The staff was outstanding! However, the renovations are hit and miss.

I think they should have specific rooms for animals. They are pet friendly and my room started to smell awful after the second day. It was either the leaking AC or cat pee. Either way, it was gross!

Hotel was recently remodeled and was slightly above the grade of other hotels we have stayed at in the area. Had nice new carpet in most areas. Breakfast was pretty good.

Parking was a little tight with several large trucks staying there. The eating places were just a bit out of comfortable walking range.

It was a pleasant surprise. We had been on the Natchez Trace riding motorcycles all day. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and smelled good. Those things are important when you are tired. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Free breakfast and parking

The entire hotel had an odor. The room had a strong smoke smell. This was brought to the staff's attention and they dismissed the claim. The stated it was a smoke free facility. The drapes had two cigarette burn marks. Smoke Free really!

Decent location. Room size was above average.

Tried to check in at 1 pm was told check in was 3 pm. I told them I had no where to go. She could have been more accomadating called to find a clean room or at worst offer me an early check in fee kinda ridiculous
