- You charged me $20 a night for parking which I did not utilize a parking lot in any way, nor was it part of my original quote for the room. It was a bad surprise and I’ve asked for a refund multiple times.
- It was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very nice and it has a lot of amenities.

- Being charged for parking x2 nights when I did not have a car
- I was charged three times for my hotel stay and when I brought it to their attention they seemingly fixed it but days later I was charged again. I literally had to jump through hoops to get my money back without a swift response. So my funds were returned. Then I was charged again and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get my money back after I filed a complaint with my bank. The situation has been resolved but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole process.

Clean, modern, spacious, great staff, close but not too close to airport.
Sure would like a microwave in room!
