The Hotel at Sunland Park Casino El Paso, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Next to the casino and fresh coffee. Beautiful views of mountains.

Next to the horse track I was able to watch the horses perform their workouts each morning. Centrally located to west El Paso and Southern New Mexico.

Bed is comfortable, room was clean and nice.

Food at the steakhouse was terrible. Waited forever and then the food was cold. Ordered a sirloin and got a thin piece of carne asada. Terrible.

I did not like that this hotel does not serve breakfast. The ice machine was out of order. I did not like that there was no easier access to the casino.

Nothing. Advertised shuttle to airport, called a day in advance to find out how to get shuttle and told it does not ho to airport. Stayed elsewhere and wadted the nonrefundable rate. Horrible experience and a totalvripoff.

Outdoor area, room, staff and price.

Wished they had breakfast, but everything else made up for it.

Clean, good location, great staff

No breakfast

Convenient, quiet, and secure

Cleanliness, location, and atmosphere

Location and ease in finding

No breakfast option, we wake up super early and would be nice to have option if breakfast, , fix noisy doors,

The room was nice

For a 3.5 star hotel, it didn?t have a pool or any of the other amenities like other hotels with this ranking. Front desk clerk was not the friendliest either, and deposit was pretty high.

It's location can't be beat. It's next door to, and part of a casino and Race track (horses). And it has a rather upscale steakhouse as part of the casino. If you just want to be near fun and have a clean room to crash in afterward, this is it.

This hotel relies too much on the racetrack and its amenities next door. It has no restaurant or breakfast available. If that's important to you, you'll be disappointed.

Quiet location. Always great staff.

It's age is starting to show.

We enjoyed watching horses workout together n the track right next to the hotel.

I was under the impression that this was a 3.5 star hotel, but it is more like a 2 star. The price also was high for a two star, many more in the area for cheaper. Still a nice hotel.

The staff was polite and very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel lacks breakfast in the morning.

Very clean and peaceful.

Breakfast. A walk around the parking area and a bite to eat.

Convenient location & good price.

The toilet was uncomfortably small and low to the ground. The mattress was a bit hard & the pillows were very small/miniature size.

Easy check in. Towels are clean. Bed is also clean. I will definitely return

No negative comments.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk host was very nice, very warm hearted. Would love to stay here again. Very clean, beds were comfortable.

Would recommend a pool, ¿¿

This hotel is a hidden secret, as long as it's not race season, there's 24 hour security the hotel is clean and smells nice. The rooms are fresh and the beds are even comfortable. I have no complaints. The casino is not attached so there no smell.

There's nothing about this hotel that om unhappy with we stay here twice a year when traveling through El Paso.
