The staff of Saturday morning was very rude even the day we left she was rude

There was nothing that we liked about this hotel. We actually booked another hotel and left after the 1st night.

The hotel was dirty, smelled of smoke. The room did not have a working USB and most of the outlets didn't work. Everything was layered in dust. I got a bad rash on my face after sleeping on the pillows. This was not "Quality" at all.

The first night door lock wouldn¿t work. We shoved stuff up against the door. The room had ants we realized as they walked across the bed! It had a super weird vibe & then just for fun they charge you $200 for incidentals!!!

The hotel room was very clean.

I was charged twice for my room. Also, the noise level in the hallway is too high. In addition, the breakfast could be better. Finally, the rate is too high for this hotel and they offer no discount rates for healthcare professionals at all.

Probably due to Covid restrictions, but there was no seating in the breakfast room. Also, no hot foods (eggs, sausage, bacon). Free breakfast is one of the main reasons I selected this hotel, so the breakfast was a big disappointment.

Free breakfast, clean room overall, good service when they were needed.

Room was damp which caused the sheets to feel cold and damp. Dampness made a slightly weird smell in the room too.

Upon arrival, there was nobody at the check-in desk. There was a sign that the person was with a customer and took about 10 min. for her to return. Refrigerator didn't work even though electricity and power were on. Ice packs melted, food spoiled.

We were able to check in early

The top covers on the bed had stains on them that were white and disgusting. We even took them off the bed and threw them on the floor by the door with dirty towels on them and housekeeping put them right back on the beds.

The staff was very nice. They were very friendly, particularly at breakfast area. Atmosphere in lobby was very pleasant.

The noise level. Despite the fact that the hotel was relatively empty, I was placed in a room right near the entrance. When I asked, I was told that other rooms were unavailable b/c they had not been cleaned. I could hear footsteps from floor above.

I appreciated the nice staff at night, "lady behind desk" came in late she fixed my reservation and all done!!!! Having coffee and going to bed thank you!!

The hotel staff, hotel employee in particular was excellent. I forgot something in my room and he called me within an hour after check out and took care of the item for me. Most appreciated.

Friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast. We loved making our own waffles!

My only issue was that the bathroom floor needed to be vacuumed so I'm not certain it has been mopped very recently.

The price was reasonable compared to others. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom showed some wear and tear but it was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water.

There were some strange people hanging about. Thought it might be in use as a halfway house for mentally disturbed folks. They were seemingly harmless but it was a bit disconcerting.

Generally quiet; they had a waffle maker and nutella for breakfast :) The room I had had a microwave and refrigerator; wi-fi was fast and easily accessible; the bathroom had a curved shower rod--simple thing that made my stay enjoyable.

It's a little dated, and there was dust on the lighting fixtures. The bathroom also had a weird smell when I first got there so I had to let it air out a bit.

Room was very clean. No problems checking in. Breakfast had a nice variety of food.

It was clean and staff was very nice. Good breakfast. Very easy to check in and check out. Parking very close to entrance. Close to restaurants. Very Quiet.

The only thing that I did not like was that the furnishings and carpet were very dark. Not great in terms of feeling like a you are at a hotel room that you would want to relax in.
