Cons -

Hotel was not busy-asked about room away from elevator-gave me right by elevator. Staff would yell down hall every morning and leave cleaning carts by our door. Caulk and grout by shower awful-water went everywhere.
The room had an odor. I sprayed it a few times to keep the family from smelling it.

Staff was amazing, especially the manager! Beautiful rooms, super clean. The breakfast was great and the pool was beautiful. This place is doing it right I highly suggest it.

How nice the staff was , the comfort of the pillows and the cleanliness of the room when we checked in. Loved the pillows so much my wife and I want to purchase 4 of the pillows.
