Upsun Hotel & Social Club

Easy acces to everything South Beach. Close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Staff was great! We were celebrating our anniversary and was gifted a bottle of champagne on our arrival! Bonus points there for sure! Rooms are updated and clean.

Not much to complain about!

Very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. In particular Franca was sweet & made our stay comfortable. She went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met. She even helped us w late checkout as much as possible . Being as though, the room had to be prepared for the next guest. She let us keep out luggage on the premises while we shipped around until it was time to leave for the airport

The location is amazing.

They are changing the name of the hotel. A little surprise when we arrived. The hotel is pretty old/rooms are empty but big.

Location was good. Within walking distance to many things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Hotel needed sprucing up. Needed paint in rooms, hallways, lobby. Lighting was poor (dark) in room and hallways. Toilet was loose. House cleaning had to be asked twice to clean room and came at 5pm. Did very good job. Outdoor patio was closed. Pool area didn't look as nice as photo.

I have stayed at this place which at the time was called Urbanica Fifth and has recently changed names. Same staff. Very happy with this place. The rooms were clean and cozy and overall I was very pleased. I have stayed here weeks at a time. What separates this place from all the other hotels I have stayed in south beach, is the staff! Very friendly, helpful, and take pride in their customer’s experience during their stay. A+ highly recommend this hotel. No complaints at all

The hotel has been recently renovated, which significantly enhances the experience compared to other places I've stayed in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a fantastic amenity, offering great views and relaxation.The location is also very convenient, being very close to shopping areas, which adds to the appeal.

Great location, clean, very nice People working. Great restaurant.

They should put some umbrellas for sun protection on the pool.
