Had to go to front desk to get wash cloths made my own bed, told housekeeping got busy. What, that’s like me not checking out at noon because I got too busy. Comp me something since I had to do housekeeper’s job!! Do better for your Hilton Honor regulars!

Staff, cookies, early check ins

Staff the very best. Professional and Congenial. Quiet room. Easy parking. Affordable room rates. Restaurants, gas station, grocery store all nearby. This was a return visit because the first visit was exceptional.

The bed was comfortable

The rooms smell of mildew and are very humid and the carpet was dirty all through the hotel. Very outdated as well. Bad water pressure in shower. It just feels like they do the minimum. Did not feel like a Hilton hotel at all.

When I opened the door to the bathroom the door hit the front of the toilet!! Also my reservation said breakfast would be covered for free. The hotel would not honor that but did give us a $25 credit per room toward breakfast.

Very Quiet - slept well

Hotel is in need of an update. Very old and dirty/torn carpet. Pillows are subpar at best. Room was clean otherwise.

The pool was nice, the food was decent

The carpet was gross, the room smelled like old lady, the A/C was mediocre, there was mold in the shower ——did I mention, the carpet was gross

I would have preferred a bath but I did not request that.

Room had smoke smell. Bottle of water provided in the room isn’t free unless you’re a VIP guest, but they don’t inform you. They just charge you after checkout $2 per bottle

The room was great, the ac worked perfectly, spacious and clean.

The pool and jacuzzi were in the same space and full of kids. Impossible to use.

The noise coming from the room next door. Fighting and arguing. Not able to get good rest because the walls were so thin. Also they need a better dinner selection on the menu. Nit enough choices

The cookies

It is so old and out dated. The room smelled bad when we walked in. No air fresheners or anything. It was disgusting. The whole building needs a ton of updates. The restroom is so old, the bed was not comfortable at all. I would not be staying here again

I really liked how central it¿s location is and how easy you can access the main roads and Downtonw Napa. I also enjoyed the quiet and tranquility of the surrounding. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and we had two great nights of sleep.

I like the location because its near many places like Safeway or Walmart. Its literally in between those places. The room is so spacious! The front desk have warm cookies to offer.

The room was a little dark.

The room was very clean, larger then I expected and the staff was very friendly.

Location of my room near an entrance and exit, car parked right near room.

Room smelled like mildew, had to go buy Febreeze and scented candles and open window for a bit to rid the smell, no microwave, no tub stopper to take bath, maintenance checked but said they were out.
