- The location, the cleanliness and the spacious room.
- The staff is incredible. Their attention to detail and courtesy is 100! The breakfast is heaven w/so many options to choose & seats w/a great view of the gorgeous pool. The incredible mall is attached to the hotel which is perfect. Security is 100 too.
Cons -
- Having to check out! We will definitely be back.
- They couldn't provide straws, an initiative I respect but wish they could offer some other option for children with the need--paper straws perhaps.

The staff (hotel employee at the front desk is awesome!), the incredible breakfast, the room, the direct access to the mall, the pool (& their staff). Despite being far from the Nile, this hotel was the best. We left our reservation at the Conrad & it was worth it
