Location

I was surprised there¿s no iron availible for guests, the shower had very little pressure and the temperature changes by itself every minute, no parking availible for guests, the staff is not friendly at all. I wouldn¿t come back.

It is in a good area of the city , a short drive to a nice mall, nice Italian Restaurant Nearby around the corner. The terrace outdoors was very nice! The breakfast was nice.

The phone did not work in the room, and that made it impossible to just call and order room service. They also charged extra for my guest I had with me, which I disagree with.

Affordable, and relatively close to areas of interest, many dinning options nearby

There was no a/c or fan in the room, only a small window that was facing the courtyard were breakfast preparations begin at 5 AM and both the smell and the noise fills the room, also no ventilation in the restroom. There was a weird smell in the room that would not go away even when deodorant was used

Location was fine

Check-in took 20 minutes, bed was uncomfortable, walls were super thin (I could hear everything since my room was next to the elevator), and they only provided 1 towel for everything.

I really like the staff. They were friendly and always ready to answer any questions. My room was very nice, clean, and with everything I needed.

Beds are fine and the cafeteria in the second floor is nice. The staff was kind.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were exceptionally polite and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, though it could use a slight update, and I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, supermarkets, and easy transportation options. The restaurant De Rivero Bistró is beautiful, and the waiters are nice and attentive, offering great recommendations.

The overall experience was very good. As I mentioned, the rooms could use a bit of an update.

The level of noise was surprising to me—it sounded like a family gathering, and I could hear the conversations. It was not just unpleasant to be able to hear people’s conversations, but as I was working, that was disruptive. Also, I called the front desk to ask if tap water was drinkable, and was told it isn’t. So I asked for drinking water, and was told that I could find some in the fridge—for a fee. I was not told that they actually have water downstairs by the front desk. That didn’t feel right to me.

Attention from staff was very good. Luis in reception was always kind and attentive. Rooms are clean and location is ideal for the airport ( 30 mins max ) and to other amenities in the north of the city

Nothing to be disliked

Location of the hotel was good for us to discover Bogota. There was a great selection during the breakfast and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The hotel arranged our transfer that worked well. There are good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel for dinner.

The hotel has two buildings that was not an issue for us as our rooms were in the same building.

Nothing. WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

To all travelers be aware: DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel will charge you over $60 USD if you touch just one bottle of water or bag of chips as they consider you consuming everything in the snack bar. I had to check out early at 6am and when it was my girlfriend’s turn to check out at 9am the management suddenly said she owed $201,800 pesos for “snacks”. Worse was she didn’t have the money on her and they held her there at the hotel for over 3 hours until her sister was able to transfer the money last minute. Then she missed her flight home and had to buy a new ticket. Plus there was no running hot water, very cold in the rooms and the toilet would clog up every time. The building is very old even though they remodeled the front door. I wanted to move to a new hotel on the second day but they wouldn’t refund or address any of my concerns at all. If you see why it’s cheap compared to other hotels nearby Chapinero you’ll see why.
