We loved swimming pool and breakfast had even meat dish! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Dressing rooms for swimming were broken. Also overall room was quite run down. For 4 stars hotel you would expect to have it more fresh and new.However it was good for us as kids loved swimming pool! We used it only in the morning, in not sure if it’s open in the afternoon. Location- I would choose other areas with kids better. We did not like that area of Bogotá.

Breakfast was fantastic. Spacious room and I had a small fridge in my room to store some drinks and or snacks. The location is really great.
There is no airconditioning. For fresh air, you need to open the windows, which half the time comes with loud noises from neighbours and or traffic. Bathroom dated and cleanlines was ok-ish not optimal. Wifi connection not stable.

Room/cleaning staff make far too much noise very early in the morning including Sundays. 7.30am this morning they started making so much noise to the point it was impossible to sleep. Added to that we had a room near the lift so we heard every guest making noise just outside our door.

Excellent and very safe location close to everything. Walking distance to hacienda Santa Barbara, usaquen, Santa Ana, clínica Santa Fe and many restaurants. Easy access to taxis on La 7th Avenue. Breakfast was great and different every morning. They also gave you the option of getting fresh made eggs any style. When in Colombia I like huevos pericos which is scrambled eggs with tomato and scallions. They made them perfect. The room was clean and had daily housekeeping. We had great views of the mountains. Overall great hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't like that there were children (group of football kids and their parents and coach that didn't took care of them the way they should. Screaming, running, pushing buttons of all the floors. It took quite some time to get to the floor I was staying. I wasn't the only one annoyed. Your hotel would be better if it was adult only.
The hotel was clean, secure. Breakfast was very good and the entire staff were competent and friendly. I can only recommend.
