Hotel Parque 63

Breakfast was great, location was excellent.

Something about the way the building is built means that when large trucks pass by the building sways, and that is something to warn people about ahead of time. Feels like routine mini earthquakes.

We stayed for two nights since we were attending concerts that took place nearby. The rooms are nice. Breakfast was nice. Most of the staff was wonderful.The cafeteria downstairs has amazing food for a great price.

Things got a little messy:While we were out, someone took one of our phone chargers and a $20. After checking out, we spoke to the manager (privately), who started making jokes implying we misplaced our stuff since “nothing had ever gotten lost there”.We watched the security cameras and, although we saw someone enter our room while our things went missing, he didn’t offer to do anything about it and just dismissed the situation (making more jokes about having to watch our finances). Disappointing management, I guess.

The staff member at the front desk was pleasant. Honestly that's as much as I can say - there wasn't much else to like.

The fixtures in the bathroom were broken and the shower head was broken. The room had only single glazing so the noise from the busy road outside was intolerable. The noise from other rooms was also a nuisance. But the main reason I actually left the room and moved to another hotel was that the room had a terrible smell and the tiled floor was not clean. The receptionist didn't really seem to care when I mentioned this, so I booked another hotel in Bogota for that night.

Close to the metro bus station, Simon bolivar park and various malls and food spots. Hotel not very big which is nice. Quiet and the staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included!

The windows provide a great view but it does not block the noisy street below.

The location is great

It is too loud they are remodeling some floors and since 7 am you have heard a lot of noises, the room is not comfy, you call to ask for room service to get dinner and after waiting 30 minutes they call us to check if we have water service and we asked for the food and they said that they do not have bread, after half-hour and for another reason we knew that our order wasn't going to be attended.

With its prime position, everything from popular attractions to essential amenities is just a stone's throw away. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply find a cozy café nearby, everything was conveniently close.As for the accommodations, I found the rooms to be immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. It was evident that attention to detail was a priority, and I appreciated the inviting atmosphere that greeted me each time I returned to my room after a day of sightseeing.One of the highlights of my stay was the included breakfast, which was nothing short of amazing. The spread offered a delightful variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay, setting a positive tone for whatever adventures lay ahead.Overall, my experience at Hotel Parque 63 was truly memorable. From the excellent staff to the great location, the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I like the place even though I was expecting more modern, it is a good place the breakfast was delicious, fresh food and fruits, the most i like is the location I traveled to go to Movistar Arena so it's easy to go by walking.

The day we arrived there was no water due to problems with the general tub but they fixed it faster the next day we were able to get water.

Location is great if you have to go to Movistar arena and sports complex. Area feels safe. We walked to the place we had the concert. Our room had double window so that noise of the street was mild but I always carry plug ears just in case. Hot water was great. Room was clean. WiFi was ok.

Hotel run out of some beverages (No Redbull, no wine, no whisky shot). But everything else was ok.Couldn’t have dinner because dinner room was full. Would be nice to have coffee 24 hr.

Located on a very busy street and very loud at night making it impossible to sleep.

Staff in reception. Giovanni was kind and helpful every time we needed. The bed... Oh, my God!!! great! big! comfortable, clean!The shower. The water pressure was great to massage my shoulders.

Breakfast should have more options, there should be 24 hours coffee station.

I don't think this Hotel should be displayed as a 4 star-rated property. This qualification should be reviewed. Although, it's location is near important events venues which was a key in my selection, it's also located in a main avenue where buses and trailers are constantly driving through so it gets noisy.Also, I would make a change in the curtains they have in the rooms. At least the one in mine, was torned in two spots and it didn't block sunlight effectively.
