Room is clean and mattress is comfortable.

Construction at 8:00 AM? jackhammer was knocking at wall starting at 8:00 until we check out.

The staff was nice and incredible

There where allot of traffic noises, and you could hear it very clear. If you stay at the side of the road. Our room was cleaned everyday. The only thing was the wall with allot of dust. That I didn’t liked so much

Staff were very friendly, especially the coffee bar staff were very nice.

The hotel rooms are for short stay vacation, as there is no room for luggage. If you are going on vacation for more days with your family there is not enough room to organize your clothes and other stuff. Also, in the rooms there are no glasses, tissues, ice jug/maker etc as other hotels. The breakfast was ok but very limited and when going after 9 there are not many things left.

The breakfast was good and the location excellent you can move to any place in Bogota.

My room for the beginning not has phone I can't communicate with my family I need to go to their rooms. The air conditioner not work. All the time i need to tell to front desk and take to long to solve the problem.

All the time I return to my room not air on and take to long to turn on. The phone in my room not working and one night the room not has air conditioner.

Because the location is good (right on avenida esperanza) there is quite a bit of street noise.

The hot tub was dirty, and so were the dressing gowns and towels provided. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was last used

I love the location it’s very close to the international airport El Dorado a short taxi journey to the the city centre and the Salitre bus terminal.Reception organise safe taxis if you ask them. Breakfast is of excellent variety with traditional Colombian fare as well as a continental breakfast variety and of course Colombian coffee.As a regular customer the staff got to know us and always deliver excellent service, equally to all other customers. Staff is attentive to customers at all times, very polite and professional service.

The breakfast was good,the location was good

Everything was fine except for the noise coming from the street and the karaoke bar at night the noise was too loud

The facilities are pretty nice, the environment inside the hotel is different from others which made it special. The shower was pretty good, the water got warm very fast.

There was a smell in the bathroom, the shower of other rooms sound very loud

The lobby art was just beautiful. And they keep some of the theme in the rooms with cards and door signs. They have so many staff on hand you never wait for anything. The food was buffet in the morning. My family enjoyed the stay.

Don't have any dislikes about the hotel.

The value agreed in the Booking rate was different from the one charged from the credit card and presented in the invoice sent later.The services indicated in the boking profile are not the real ones available, since what is presented as included, in the end they charge it as additional.

I really want my money back, because what I booked does not match what I received at the hotel.

Safe location.

Breakfast was the dame for 4 days. They seem to have a problem with lack of cutlery. I had to ask another guest for a fork.Parking is available but a nightmare. My car would not fit in the car park. My car is a Toyota 4Runner. I had to park around the corner and pay.Bathroom not have soap, but did have the squeeze bottles.... I hate that.Beware check in is at 4:00pm. Everyday i saw a large number of guest waiting to check-in. One was sleeping on the lounge.Barman / coffee maker was rude.2 light bulbs not working.. ?Stephen B

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice facilities.

I couldn't sleep well because of the loud music. The elevator did not go to the 12th floor, and I had to use the stairs to go up or down to get to my room.

Location, hotel staff were very friendly

The room was smaller than expected, bathroom very small. Also near the hotel there are bars, pubs that are open until 3/4am making it harder to sleep

Amazing location, safe neighborhood with shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very modern and clean with a great view of the city. Some of the staff speak English too. 100% recommended.

Place is clean, staff was great very helpful breakfast is pretty good. Walking distance to the Embassy. What I HATED was that the bathroom sinks where in an open area just facing the beds. The kids like the hotel decor wide didn’t..

I liked the location, the staff, the lobby area and even the elevators were fine.

I had issues with the plumbing of the sink the first couple of days. The shower door would not close properly. The staff would turn off the air conditioner in the room, either locally or remotely. The toilet paper was awful and would be rationed out. Often I would have to ask the cleaning people for toilet paper and when it was replaced only partial rolls were given. The paper was extremely thin which would cause you to use half the roll at a time. The towels were of poor quality and no hand towels were ever given. The provided shampoo and shower gel were fine but was always given 2 shampoo instead of shampoo and conditioner. No place to put hand soap after use, should have had some sort of soap dish available. No dresser for clothes and the closet to hang clothes was super tiny. The minibar was larger than the closet space. The beds are worn and the mattress can be replaced. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was excellent. It seems they have really started to let it go...
