The staff were friendly and respectful

The hotel wasn’t water, we had that take a shower with buckets and buy bottles of water for brush our teeth.

Nothing, really bad service.

There was not water until the next day at 6am. We were all day traveling, how was that thing of not being able to have a shower. There was not even drinking water.

It's a budget hotel so you cannot expect much but with that being said, they did everything they could to make my experience worse. They charged me for an extra guest although the guest didn't spend the night, the room is nowhere 18 square meters as they claim it to be but more like 5. Lastly, breakfast was poor and didn't have takeaway options. The area is also pretty dark and sketchy.

Breakfast was good; eggs a croissant and fruit. Location was very good. Very close to the American Embassy. Staff was wonderful and very attentive.

Some rooms are very small. But we were easily able to move to a larger room.

the desk people where great, the rooms are nice and spacius and the bath and shower is clean , warm water was great and plentifull.

when delivery people go up to the rooms, make sure they nock on the correct doors, they seemed to be lost a couple of times. simple breakfast, didnt have an alternative for the same breakfast they served avery day.

Excellent, close to everything. The USA embassy and mall. Outstanding customer service. I love thos place.
