I loved the décor of the lobby/public areas...very chic and sexy. The breakfast was nice, front desk staff and the hotel drivers were helpful, professional and tried their best to communicate in English. The balcony & pool area was gorgeous & stunning!

The rooms were freezing and they controlled the temp of the rooms which I did not like. We kept asking for the heat and eventually they moved us into a room they forgot to clean. Long black hair was everywhere, including the shower and next to the toilet

Great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast - would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was a bit expensive as well as the prices in the restaurant. Staff was just regular, not bad not excellent.

The services were great, like their transportation service, room service. I used the gym one day which was more than enough. Room was nice and comfortable. The only think is that they were doing some renovations so I thought it was noisy in the mornings and the wifi was slow in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Location is amazing!

Though location is good, the rooms with 2 single beds are right next to a construction site making it very noisy from very early in the morning. One day the work started at 5:30am while the previous day (Sunday when they should not be working, they did until late in the night with some kind of noisy machine). The hotel should inform about the construction to the clients.

The rooms are too small without space to have the chair they give you and the luggage. There is no coffee maker, the mini fridge doesn't work properly, the hair dryer is old and doesn't work as it should, the internet connection is no good, the towels should be replaced. There are no pillow options. They are all the same, a bit tall for my personal taste. This is not a 4 star hotel for certain.

Loud piped music playing in the corridors from early hours. Granted when I complained it was turned off/down immediately.

Internet doesn't work , super slow for business trip is no good idea stay in this hotel , you need go out to find fast internet TV in Room doesn't work , i have 2 coworkers stay in the hotel the same situation

Beautiful property

Lots of noise as a nearby construction is happening , internet not working properly and it’s bad for business travelers, tv’s not working either….everything else beautiful

I really like the location, it is walking distance to parque 93 and zona T. Also, the attention of the manager who tried hard to solve all the problems.

The first room was so noisy. The staff changed my things to other room without my authorization. There wasn't any previous notice. The new room was good, however the restroom was not good. If I hadn't talked to the front office girl, I'd get in the room with guests inside.

The bathrooms have a weird layout, but not a deal breaker.There was no staff during breakfast.

The internet in the hotel is barely usable. Low speeds and intermittent. I couldn't make conference calls with it. I ended up using my cell phone data to make calls.
