Hotel Casa Real 93

Location was fantastic

Linens with holes and rough. Walls and doors dirty. Bathtub broken. Breakfast poor, just eggs and cold cereal. No luggage carts. Door into the hotel was locked at 8 PM. Had to knock on door and it took quite a while to get someone to respond to let us in

The Staff was amazing, they really know about customer service.

The safe was broken and is not acceptable for this kind of hotel level.

The staff was helpful and eager to please.

The room was a little smaller than expected but still nice.

Location is very good, I like the place, Breakfast (fruit,cereal,juice, cereal, bread,arepa, eggs) service at breakfast area was very good. Wi-Fi available.I have a bad experience just with the front desk night person, I asked for help with the TV, he doesn’t know how to do it and He did ask me ironically while doing that “who did you book your room with?” I said booking.com, so he step away and never said something like I’m sorry you having trouble with the tv, that’s it.

Good-size room

I booked the room because of the jacuzzi, but it couldn't be used because of water restrictions. No way to get another room or any pricing adjustment. Staff was useless, not friendly at all (both at night and in the morning) which is pretty rate in Colombia.Bed Lamps were not working. Had to rely on lighting from other room. Glad we only stayed there one night.

They cook your choice of Colombian breakfast on the spot (eggs any style).

Location was amazing in a nice trendy Neighborhood with many restaurants, cafés, and bars options.Casa real was very clean and staff was friendly, specially Mr. Andrés the Night-shift receptionist. This man is a gem! Was so helpfull and friendly. The place includes a modest breakfast, and daily house keeping which are always welcomed. Over all a good stay.

The place is kind of dated, our bed was very hard not so confortable to sleep in, and there’s no AC which is kind of normal in Bogotá. We had to open the windows to sleep better when the room felt warm but there was traffic noise in the early Morning. It didn’t bother me but it might brother light sleepers.

The breakfast was not buffet as they offered it, you had to go early in the morning to still find food because if you go later not much left. Not a lot of options just 2 or 3. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the sheets are not long enough to accommodate a 180cms person.

Stayed here several times and love this hotel. Spacious suites, some with fireplace and jacuzzi. Great location.

They charge $50.000 for a fireplace log which is a complete rip-off. If you go to Honecenter or Easy (like Home Depot) you can get them for a fraction of the price. There is also a store called La Chiminea about 10 minutes away which sellla bundles of firewood for $15.000.The staff are rather rude and completely unhelpful. The toilet clogged in our suite so went to the front desk to get a plunger. They said would send one up but it never arrived. Had to pour lots of water into toilet to fix it.

This place looks more like an apartment building than a hotel. Room had a lot of space. Breakfast was a little confusing but alright. Good location, just a block from 'Parque de la 93'.

Great location, clean rooms and common area good breakfast coffee could and should be better after all this is a coffee producing country. Staff was friendly, kind and very helpful

The location was the best part of it, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The place and the area it is in feel safe and comfortable, there's public transportation nearby and it's easy to request a taxi. It being close to the Circunvalar avenue makes it easier to get to places more quickly.

The building feels a bit dated in some aspects but it's not a big deal. Breakfast is quite basic which is not a big issue for me as I usually prefer to try the local options but it is something to consider.

The location

So disappointed with the hotel, our expectations were pretty high because of the excellent location but it was so bad. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mould and the toilet was super dirty, dry poop stuck around, the kitchen didn’t have any tools, there are stains everywhere. We had to ask for a blanket because the bed wasn’t equipped for the weather (it had just normal sheets) and it didn’t look cleaned either. The lights didn’t work properly, the ones in the bedroom directly don’t work, and in the living room one of the lights was intermittent. There were also problems with the sink pipe and that couldn’t be fixed.The staff was nice, they heard our claims and someone cleaned the next morning but the experience was still uncomfortable. The location is the plus point but honestly it doesn’t worth it. Sorry

Reserved a hottub and when we arrive we couldn't use it due to water shortage that happens since last year, it should said it before the reservation

Staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. Clean and comfortable accommodation.

We got a free upgrade to a nice spacious room, the bed was comfy, big bathroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and we could leave our bags before/after check out. The location is really good, close to restaurants/stores and parks but in a calm street.

The water in the shower didn't really heat up but also wasn't too cold, so quite bearable. The room was a little noisy from time to time, some old building noises and also noises from the entrance.

Casa Real 93 is near by a lot of places I wanted to go to. Friendly staff, good breakfast and hot water exist here.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We expected the hot tub to work but it’s unfortunate that it “didn’t work”. We had a long flight and we were looking forward to relax a bit on a comfy bed and hot tub. Now that I mentioned the bed, the sofa bed was not working with us, it kept unfolding. Not sure if we didn’t know how to do it or it just didn’t work. My child had to sleep with us. I could have asked for help but we were just too tired to socialize.
