Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

Sheets were dirty, they had to move us to another room, no variety on the breakfast buffet, overall the hotel was dirty, it was chilly, but there was no heater, I ask for a hair dryer but they don't have one available

The location was great, room was very clean, and I had a decent amount of hot water.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great. My bed was insanely uncomfortable and there was a window in my room that let bright light in all hours of the night. I was right above the kitchen and so there was very loud banging and yelling every single morning from 6am as they prepared breakfast. On Sunday there is a market directly in front of the hotel that seems interesting in the morning but devolves into massive piles of clothing and belongings by the afternoon.

Very noisy room (201) also no cold water on the Sunday I went to the toilet and it didn't flush not nice for my partner to see also hot water was very hit or miss if you got up very early early then yes 8 or 9 in the morning no hot water and forget about a hot shower before you go out at night also there was not anywhere to hang or put your clothes would I stay again NO

The Water was no Water coming on last day as I showered Earlier luckily in morning and The Staff has told me there is Problem with water.There was no tooth Paste in the room.

Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and available at all hours of the night. The quality of the free breakfast was better than what you would buy at a cafe, and was served in a lovely dining room with a simple-but-elegant ambiance. Central location made it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and I think it was only a fifteen minute walk to the Montserrat park entrance, if not shorter. Very quiet all day and all night.

The hot water went out once at night during my three night stay and it was about half an hour from the airport.

The hotel is very near sightseeings.Buffet beakfast is very good.The staff are friendly and helpful but only Erinda speaks English.The hotel has a restaurant and it has good food.

There is construction next to hotel,so I was awakened by the noise very early around 7 am.I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and both of them had no central heating and so I felt cold.

The staffs and the services: I know this property rates 8.3 but I have multiple bad experiences. 1. At first, I scheduled a taxi pick up from hotel service and tried to pinpoint the pick up location but the answers always that ‘do not worry the driver will meet you at the exit from the airport’. We used WhatsApp for communication. When arrived, I didn’t see the driver nor a sign with my name outside arrival gate, I walked to the curve and look but no one seems to be the guy. I sent probably 20+ text messages via WhatsApp and Booking.com but no response and called 3 times but shockingly, no one picked up. I asked the security and police but they all have different answers to where Hotel taxi pick up spot was. I was running with 2 luggages and a back pack up and down the street and up to departure floor on the upper level to wherever people told me to try and back to check the arrival spot many times, for over an hour before the taxi texted me on WhatsApp saying the hotel just gave him my contact. He was waiting for me all along for an hour as well. At the hotel, the front desk woman did not speak English and I tried Google translate but she shows no effort whatsoever to try communicate with me. No apology or explanation to why no one answered my messages or the phone calls. She acts so indifferent and seems not to care. Not even look at me but starred at the computer the whole time. Multiple Colombian guests came interrupting and cut me off while I was struggling to get the messages translated but she served them so pleasantly. I do not understand this. 2. I had multiple cities destinations before returning to Bogota so I planned to stayed here again so I can leave 1 luggage. The front desk girl- this one speaks English, told me, absolutely I can leave a luggage. I check the website and yes, they provide luggage storage service. I told her, great, I’ll book 3 extra nights on the return then. After I booked that on Booking.com.

-lukewarm shower-stained towel-no extra blanket, only a think sheet and one layer for overnight. It’s cold in bogota during the night so I was quite cold during the night.arrived on Sunday, and found out that every Sunday, they have a second hand market for the homeless people in front of the hotel on the street. It was dirty, with a lot of random people passing through. Tons of trash was left on the street even after they finished.-quite noisy. I couldn’t sleep until 2 hours after I’ve been in bed.
