    • The location is perfect, anything you may need is available. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel and will stay there in my next visit to Bogotá.
    • Location , excellent location in Usaquen. Near medical center and very touristic location. Lots of restaurants. Room was clean, and quiet. Breakfast was great, we arrived really late and the staff was very attentive

    Cons -

    • Wi-fi really unstable . I had to send some emails and it was not an easy task, it was driving me nuts.
    • First room had no external windows-next room had a nice view and was lovely. Book a room with a window!
    • Some of the rooms feel very cold. The heaters don't work all the time.

The facilities are very clean, especially the bedspread. The rest of the hotel is very well kept.

Some of the rooms feel very cold. The heaters don't work all the time.

Staff is friendly and the accomodation is very clean. Location is good if you need to be in that part of the city as I needed to.

Extremely basic hotel, in my particular case I would stay more than 2 nights. My room didn't have any window. Breakfast is very average or even a little bit below average.

Location is great, staff are very kind and attentive.

Bathroom amenities need upgrades. Soap dispenser was broken and leaked soap continuously.

Hotel is excellently located in the pedestrian area of Usaquen with many restaurants, bars and cafes immediately to hand

My comments refer to the Triple room (room 104). The room has very little natural light (coming only from glass panels in the door). The breakfast patio is directly in front of the door so there is a lot of noise at breakfast time. We were provided with just two bath towels and very limited bathroom toiletries.

The location is amazing. The staff is friendly. The place is extremely clean. The bathroom is small but the shower had really good water pressure.

I recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was nice and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff was absolutely amazing—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which truly elevated my stay.

There were a few drawbacks. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the selection of TV channels was limited, so entertainment options were lacking. Additionally, the breakfast is more suitable for light eaters—not ideal if you’re someone who prefers a hearty meal to start the day. There was also a shortage of water during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

It’s a cozy boutique hotel, that blends very well with the architecture of Usaquén.

It’s a bit old, floor had holes. The fact that doors have vents you can hear all the noice from outside and probably everything inside as well.

The area is great, and Sunday markets are worth visiting.

The first room was next to the restaurant and was quite noisy until 9:30. We moved room for the 2nd and third nights.. When we put our clothes in for cleaning we were presented with a bill for 395,000 (£75),  When we enquired why it was so high, the staff simply stated it was an external company that they chose and there was nothing they could do. We were not made aware it was pay per item. To be fair, we didn't ask, but we did not expect it to be so much (almost as much as 2 nights accommodation for 5 people). The afternoon of the third night, the power went out. We were told it was a neighborhood issue, but all the buildings around had light. The following morning, the Hotels fuse box was being repaired. We received no light for the rooms and had to go to the toilet/wash by phone light during the evening/night. The power was restored by the electrician the following morning at 9 am.

    Location, architecture

Breakfast: fruit portion far too skimpyRoll curtain: one of them did not have a string to pull up. Therefore, room without natural light. In order to have light, I had to up the window and place the rolled curtain up there. But cold at night. I asked the staff to fix it but nothing happened.

    Budget quality hotel.

The hotel room and bathroom are small and dated. The city had the water turned off, the hotel didnt provide a bottle of water.

Lovely small hotel! Breakfast was very tasty. The room we got was was well within the property and away from the street so was very quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was huge, and is probably more family oriented. In general for the money it's one of the best places we've stayed.

Two very minor niggles, the staff only speak Spanish, so we had tu make extensive use of Google translate. And the hotel is at the farther end of Usaquen, so going Calanderia is a 40-60 minute taxi ride.

Amazing staff, great breakfast and nice facilities, the neighborhood is beautiful and there are multiple nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Our room was leaking a lot of sounds both from the restaurant on one side and the corridors on the other which is the only reason I am not giving it a 10/10.

    7RhondaPosted on: 3-6-2024

The breakfast was simple and freshly made to order but the coffee was not. Absolutely stunning location with24hr reception and quite charming in a rustic humble style.

The bathrooms are on the small side and the rooms next to the restaurant are noisy.

I stayed here before and loved it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they did go out of there way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Its a quiet location, the hotel is save and secluded. Its in the middle of Usaquen with lots of restaurants and cafes just outside and very close to the sunday market I wanted to visit.

The room last year was exelent, but this year the room did not have any windows which I personally did not like. I would come to stay again but ask for a room upstairs with windows.
