Very prestigious classic upscale contemporary hotel. It brings you back to the old days. Service is at a top notch and reminds you of the days where you are totally looked after.

The hotel does not offer air conditioning. While my stay did not have temperatures over 21C and it was warm but not overly hot, during warmer seasons it could be an issue.

They charged us for food we did not order and argued with us for over 10 minutes when we refused to pay for it, the result was that they gave us a credit. Then they charged us 50 USD for connecting me to an operator to place a collect call without telling

This place is the best.

The staff was wonderful. Always ready to help and very kind. The king room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was a buffet with colombian dishes, fruits and included dishes cooked in the moment specially for you.

The window let a bit of noise in but that did not disrupt my sleep in any way

Not all foods at breakfast had labels, so for those with dietary restrictions, it was not easy to determine what the item was and what it contained. There were also very limited vegetarian options.

Hotel bar closing early, we visit two time one off like 22:00 and 23:30, both time they close already.

The food was really good, however for the evening restaurant service was not as expected. The waiter service needs to improve. We waited long for drinks and just plain table service.

The pool and jacuzzi needed cleaning.

YOU, BOOKING, SHOULD BE CLEAR AND INFORM THAT THE SHUTTLE SERVICE IS ONLY FOR CERTAIN HOURS. WE PUT THIS COMPLAINT AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK BUT THEY SAID THAT THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, the bathroom and bedding was beautiful.Front desk staff was very helpful. The service in restaurant and bar was excellent. The food was very good.The breakfast had a big selection of food.

The water in the pool was to warm for me.

At the end one of the ladies from staff got us a street taxi when we were looking for something safer and nicer. It was uncalled for.

The reception staff was attentive and well mannered but disconnected with the cleaning crew and room services to ensure service quality across guest services.

The breakfast menu was the same everyday for 19 days. The cooks were inexperienced and so were the waiters rotating them from bad to worst without adult supervision. Dining was Asian-Peruvian focused only using MSG without exceptions for MSG allergic guests. No other dining restaurants were functioning. The sauna was not working and the whirlpool was always overfilled. The access to the main entrance was blocked by hotel taxi drivers and the internal access to the hotel were locked on weekends forcing a walkaround the property to enter the hotel. Handicap guests were challenged with these inconveniences and the staircases to move around. This downtown location did not help given safety concerns.

I think the restaurant Inkai needs to rise up its level for lunch and dinner.

The hotel was comfortable with lovely bedrooms, an amazing breakfast, and great vegan dinner options. The gym was nice and is available 24 hours a day.

We booked this hotel for the free airport shuttle and the pool, which we considered to be a reasonable price. The free airport shuttle only runs from 10am to 9pm and only once every two hours in each direction which of course would be very unlikely to suit people staying in the hotel. The pool is not open at all on Mondays and was closed by 6pm on the Sunday meaning we did not get a chance to use it. The front desk staff member tried to charge us the value of an additional €50 in Colombian pesos and when I pointed out the discrepancy just said we could only pay in COP (I of course understand this but the exchange rate does not nearly account for the cost of almost a full extra nights accommodation). Eventually this was changed but no apology for the difference. I'm sure many people pay this without realising they are being ripped off.
