Pros +
- Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff
- Friendly staff and beautiful decor. A welcome oasis in Bogota.
- Un abiente tranquilo y limpio Con un personal muy amable.
Cons -
- Street noise can sometimes interfere with a good night¿s sleep
- No tienen agua o cafe en el cuarto para vever.
- Service was the weakest part. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and there were no basic amenities at all: no shampoo, no coffee, nothing provided in the room. For a boutique hotel, this felt below expectations.Overall, it’s okay if you just need somewhere to sleep close to the historic center, but the experience doesn’t match the hotel’s name or price point.

I stayed at Hotel Santa Lucia Boutique Spa for two nights (Nov 22–24). The location is central and convenient, but Sundays can feel uncomfortable — the whole area turns into a big flea market with very cheap second-hand items, crowded, noisy, and quite dirty.

Beautiful remodeled interior. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
The street right outside the hotel was a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. The low cost of the room compensated for the area. It was a great stay.
Location was good:
It is not a 5* hotel like you advertised, almost no one speaks English, breakfast was not good, there wasn’t much choice, the last day l couldn’t even have the breakfast because the staff didn’t know English. The lady brought a breakfast which I couldn’t eat Even though previous 2 days I had taken same breakfast. There was no elevators at the hotel, no refrigerator in the room.
It is a quaint space with lots of character, very close to many popular attractions.
But if a smell in our room
The location is good and walkable to several attractions and eating places. The staffs all are friendly and helpful.
The hotel nearby had a lot of homeless people so we don’t want to come back to the hotel late.
The room was big but the bathroom was outdated and they did not provide any toiletries. The shower did not have good pressure. And no ac in the rooms
No ac or heater. Can hear everything that is happening outside of the room and walls are very thin
Great location. Bed large and comfortable. Room big. Shower nice. Breakfast good
Wonderful hotel, clean and comfortable and beautiful building, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, large comfortable room with great shower
Perfect location in the heart of Bogota. Limited breakfast options. Don't have water and coffee or tea in the room.
Great location. Pleasant airy room. Good breakfast.
City centre location, beautiful patio inside the hotel, looks like from Marques books. Very kind staff.
A bit old style but this is not an issue. No windows as in all our accommodation in Colombia, however, this one was particularly dark, humid and even slightly cold. This is the reason why if we choose this hotel again, we will make sure to get a room on the higher floor with windows!:)
Location excellent. Breakfast adequate. Room adequate, clean and quiet but a third floor walkup with view of the alley. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No Restaurant except for breakfast. Bar not open.
The inside of the building is quite beautiful
The amenities could be improved (better, sheets, towels and toiletries). The location is unfortunate, the street does not feel safe especially on Sundays when the street becomes a junk market.
Excellent ambience and decor. Splendid staff interaction. Very nice breakfast
Mid block location (which can't be helped) and inaccessible Galleria(construction)
I like the style
Well the area was bad so everytime i wanted to get in or out i had to ask the reception and they had to fysically walk with me. Toilet got stuck, no restaurant or food service
Spacious room with a good firm bed. Decent breakfast cheerfully served. The classic Hispanic courtyard and reception give this hotel an air of elegance. Helpful staff, printed out a ticket for the long distance coach for me.The early check in worked very well (and was much needed after a long flight.)
Surrounding area is slightly run down but I guess that makes this place more affordable (also applies to places to eat and drink, I really liked the Sofia Café a couple of blocks towards Gabriel Garcia Marquez Plaza.)
It was reasonably priced and reasonably clean. And the room was huge.
I don't know if you could hold it against it, but it was really dated.
