Very friendly staff. They went the extra mile. Internet and desk with chair was great.

The floors weren't clean, the TV wasn't working, staff said they would fix it, yet they didn't.

The location was ok and the hotel itself was not bad for the price.

They should indicate in the booking description that the avenue where the hotel is located is closed due to construction of the metro, and that most likely you would have two blocks going around the pedestrian walkfor a away to cross from one side of the avenue to where the hotel is.We did have issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, lots of hairs on the floors on the floors and bathrooms, and suspicious stains on the sheets.

The hotel was great and all but the rooms are not that sound proof and the because of the subway construction situation, it was really loud from the outside during my stay.

My stay was good however I arrived in the early hours of the 23rd and I found the amount quoted to the 31st was enough up to the 30th because they counted the “23”. I am still not sure how. But I paid extra money for the 31st March. Another thing breakfast was the same from 23-31. Egg mixed with sausage, bread, coffee and a glass of orange juice. If there can please be a change in the menu.

This hotel is located on the (metro currently under construction) loudest, bus only street. Construction going on at 3am! Had to walk around the block to get a taxi. Hot water minimal to none, depending on if the water is ON or not. They seem to shut it off every night. No satellite TV as advertised. WiFi spotty. Had to change rooms as the first room had no toilet seat. Breakfast started way later than advertised. Somehow I ended up paying more than I agreed to but oh well. Definitely skip this one.

Would like to say Thank you to Isabelle for attending to us so nice at breakfast by the second day she knew what we liked? and anytime we came in the hotel she would greet us

The shower it did not look like the srubbed the tiles

Very clean. Nagyon tiszta.The neughboorhood is okay, there is a supermarket very near, and also a little shop. A környék okés, vannak boltok a közelben.

Rooms are dingy, washrooms are super small and close to the bed, you can barely close it since the door is right next to the toilet bowl. 1st room, sink leaked at the bottom onto the floor of the room so they had to change our room. 2nd room, the toilet bowl clogged and they blamed it on us for throwing used tissue on it (I take the blame on that one BUT the plumbing system should have been better or maintained in the first place!), they were hesitant to move us and let us stay in a room without proper toilet, telling us to use the toilet in the lobby! They finally moved us to a room similar but with better plumbing and away from the noisy main street.

Location was a in relatively safe place. it wasn't as bad as city center or south. However staff, facilities and overall experience can be improved.

The schedule that you can have your breakfast is really limited (from 6AM, to 8:30AM). Also across the street there are a lot of bars and you can hear them on your room. Take that into consideration if you plan to sleep at all on your next stay here.

Its well located and is easily accessible. I appreciated the hot water and free WIFI.

No A/C, and the only ventilation was through a small window that connected to a common area internal to the building that was closed in itself.

The location was convinient.Everything was so clean and smelled clean. The hotel looks good and the facilities are new and good looking.The bed was big and comfortable, and the best thing was the shower.The best shower I've had in Colombia. Big shower with hot water 24/7. Loved it!
