Location is Superb

During my recent trip to Bogotá, I stayed at the Four Seasons, expecting the usual blend of luxury and exceptional service. However, the experience was notably average. The hotel, including the premises and rooms, felt like any standard city hotel, which was a bit disappointing considering the premium associated with the Four Seasons brand.The staff were nice and clearly hardworking, but there seemed to be a slight lack of attentiveness. Small gestures like a warmer smile or a friendly greeting would have made a significant difference. The rooms were okay, but nothing stood out as special. We thought about upgrading our room, but it didn't seem worth it given the overall standard of the hotel.A noticeable issue was the maintenance. Smudges, stains, and loose cables were common sights, indicating a lack of attention to detail. This was particularly evident in the gym, which was filthy.It may seem like minor issues, but when you choose Four Seasons, you expect a certain level of care and excellence. This was a testament to the brand perhaps falling behind its competitors. I’ve always been a fan of Four Seasons and have stayed in many across the globe, but this was an average experience at best. The staff are lovely and work hard, but it feels like the management needs to step up to bring this hotel back to the Four Seasons standard we know and love.

Excellent breakfast but it was not included. Location is good next to the shopping areas and bars and restaurants. Walking around was safe. Room was comfortable and clean and amenities were very good.

The four seasons Bogota is extremely well located. the room was beautiful, very well decorated in a classy way and very well equipped. I enjoyed every minute of my stay from the moment I arrived in the hotel until I left. Great breakfast, great cocktails, the staff was very professional. Great restaurant recommendation, truly the speakeasy bar in the other four seasons too. The car service was perfect and efficient.

We received an upgrade to a suite so spacious rooms. The hotel located in nice safe area with plenty of restaurants close by.

I've stayed 2 times in this property the las two months, and the steam room at the spa was closed.

The food was quite average for a hotel of this type and of this price. In general, the cost was excessive for what was offered in terms of room size, food and the services at the spa.

Good breakfast and good location.

Bear in mind : very low ceilings!! The driver from the hotel does not drive well and does not know this city. (( We spent 20 more minutes than planned ( not for free of course) and nearly crashed into the other car. In the toilet there was an awful damp smell - we told about this in the morning at 7 am, when we arrived back at 8 pm nothing has changed, the hotel proposed to change the room, but this would take lot of time, ans since we were leaving in h morning - was not actually a good decision. Then we told them to put the aroma diffusor - and it really worked, But why the hotel staff didn't propose it themselves.

Staff was beyond attentive…they came through with flying colors on my every need. Offered coffee and water upon arrival and treated us like royalty. I will only be staying here when I visit Bogota.

great location, very attentive staff from start to finish, large room. very good breakfast. but above all, very nice staff paying attention to details, our orders - including from our previous stay at Casa Medina.
