Great location. Hotel was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Location was central. Staff was friendly and helpful.

First night there was a wedding with extremely loud music till 1am. Nothing could be done about that. You literally have to suffer through the noise. I wish management would limit music till 11pm.

I've booked this same hotel many times through Booking. This time, the treatment was extremely poor; they wouldn't accept payment. Two rude employees. It's a shame, but the quality is poor.

Breakfast mediocre. No freshly squeezed juices and bread quality just ok. Eggs offering good.

We could have a great time at the hotel. It's easy to get there and besides it's near to several malls. The breakfast was delicious and staff willing to help us anytime.

Excellent breakfast with a generous spread, would be even better if they had any gluten-free bread / pastries. They did have almond milk and vegetarian options. Staff was courteous and helpful. They provide filtered water, will set up a taxi, laundry service. Meal in their Asian themed restaurant was good. Decent gym.

Room was a little too dark - lighting could be better. View was only of the side of some office buildings.

The whole staff, from the front desk, servers, bell boys and cleaning staff were extremely cordial and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations given that the building is somehow old. The beds were nice and the room comfortable overall

That there was not fresh baked breads in the morning. The bread provided was not freshly baked.

The staff was absolutely excellent, truly helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, and the area was safe; we really enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent.

For many years my favorite hotel in Bogotá. This time was everything absolutely perfect. I have to especially highlight the taste of the food in the Mai-Tai restaurant and the pleasant service. Here I see a significant improvement compared to previous years. It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Too dry scrambled eggs for breakfast, but that's a minor detail.

The staff at the restaurant seemed mostly incompetent. Everything took forever, and it wasn’t just that no one spoke English, I had a translator and an app on my phone.
