The Central location and great bed. Only reason I did not give a 10 is because my room did not have a AC. When asked only the rooms with dubble beds have an AC

Lack of helping about taxes because I am colombian but I dont live in Colombia. They have to exempt me from paying VAT. DIAN the colombian TAX department says that in official communications but the hotel has old and obsolete information. They dont care much about that matter, they just want to charge the tax anyway. The hotel´s accountant helped nothing.

Location and the bed was so comfortable! Bfast was good but the staff totally kind!

When arrived there were no towels but it was quickly corrected

No air conditioning. No fridge, the minibar is the desk, blinds were broken, view is the next building wall, towel were rags, safe cage didn’t work properly and too small. For few extra dollars you can get a much better hotel in the same location

Great hotel in a great location.Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Sadly no coffee making facilities in the room unlike the nearby Sonesta and Faranda Collection hotels. Water in bottles was not complimentary either.

Staff at breakfast was very helpful and attentive. Prepared the meal at our taste though there was no much variety.

The room could be better fitted with amenities. Lack more towels, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Water pressure was low and water didn't come out and took a long time for the toilet to fill because of water rationing I was told. Some desk monitors were friendly while others didn't even smile. When I arrived I didn't have toilet paper or hot water.

The Hotel is very nice!! The staff very attentive and friendly. My room was very comfortable!!The location is great!

The hotel doesn’t have soundproof windows. My room was in the back of the building. I thought that it was going to be quiet but instead, between the space of the hotel and the other building, the sounds were louder.

They did not have the payment machine (dataphone) in working order. That was a big inconvenience. They did not get a new one until after two daysThe shower did not have hot water. Had to call front desk for them to pump hot water

The location was great, the shopping mall Unicentro is like 2 to 3 min walk. There are some restaurants nearby. And also a convenience store. Breakfast was basic but good. The staff was great. Only one of them was a little grumpy.Room was big enough.

In the first 2 days, we needed to ask them for water because there was no water in the room. And the towels were clean but old or the quality was not that good because they ripped easily. It would have been great if we had a way to make coffee or thee in the room. The room had blinds, but the light was still coming in when it was closed because the blinds did not go all the way down.

The rooms are spacious and are always clean. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location is also great, which is near C.C. Unicentro for some shopping needs. There is a BBC and a variety of restaurants very close by. Felt welcomed

Smart TV's are outdated and very slow. The internet is sometimes unstable.

Location, Breakfast

If your room is on the side of the courtyard it is very loud at night. People gather after the bars below close and it echoes until 3am on Thursday-Sunday nights. WiFi didn’t work for a couple of days . It was probably due to severe thunderstorms

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and perfect location. We would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends and we will be staying here again in the future.

As feedback we would like to see a little more variety in the breakfast (especially for guests that stay longer). There was a variety of bread, eggs and dessert, but every other item was basically the same each day. Furthermore we would recommend a toaster (oven) for those guests that enjoy a great toasted bread (or don't like room temperature/cold croissant). Nevertheless, the breakfast is good and the kitchen staff was very helpful.

Close to many places I enjoy going to.

All the noise you can hear through the windows and your guest room door.  It’s a very noisy neighborhood.

reception not being well trained, being charged twice , noise from the drug fuelled and inconsiderate guests playing house music all night for 3 nights straight and the hotel not doing anything about it. No fresh air, no windows for double rooms. Large bathroom, but no privacy
