When we first arrived the room we were put in smelled horrible. We requested a new room which was much better. The hotel doesn’t have heating and Bogotá can get cold, especially at night, so we had to request a space heater.

Everything was neat, good service, good food
We run into a situation that because we were foreigners, we didn’t had to pay taxes, then around the last night we were staying the hotel managers decided to make us pay for those taxes even though they told us on the first night, that we didn’t have to.

It’s has a good location, near food shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and has minibar and room service. The staff is very friendly, Edison and cristian are very nice.

The pillows were kind too big, that's the only thing I would change.
The location was perfect. Whenever I went exploring it was easy to find my way back. Everyone on staff was super friendly. The aunt of my friend became I’ll ( we later found out it was kidney stones). The front desk and kitchen staff should be commended. They were super helpful in making her feel comfortable.
