It was clean, the staff really nice!! It was quite at night , which is great !!

Breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff, and located within walking distance to the US Embassy

Very poor room without TV service all day and night. No heather and was quite cold night that not allow me to sleep good.they change the room charge from around $97.000 to $136.000 which I paid as was no chance to look for other place as travel with two bags. awful experience, not try again same hotel.

Friendly staff clean facilities easy and closely to commute to the airport and US Embassy Restaurants nearby as well.The front desk stuff was super kind and helpful.And their private transportation all of them were super amazing and beyond.I will stay for my next trip for sure.Thanks y’all Notes : very safe place and location too.

Sandra the recepcionist was very kind and helpful, the location is amazing if you’re going to the embassy, less than 10 min walk. I wouldn’t book more than one night just because the bed didn’t feel so clean. I don’t recommend the food from the menus they provide. We didn’t have the chance to have breakfast because our appointment was very early but the nice lady in the kitchen gave us to go cups of a delicious hot chocolate. Overall it was a good experience mostly for the location. We were in the first floor and heard the door a few times but it wasn’t too loud. We hired a ride to the terminal of buses and the driver Hermes was super kind.

Lamp didn’t work in our bedroom, menu suggestions weren’t good.

Reception and kitchen staff were very friendly

Rooms way smaller than appeared on pictures, stayed on a 3 person bedroom and there was only one side table. Very limited storage for our stuff. There were no plugs near any of the beds either, and breakfast was the same everyday. Bathroom leaked too.

The price was ok for 2 rooms.

Too much noise. From our room on the second floor we could hear the TV 2 rooms down, heard every person talking downstairs, et. Also light from the hallway entered our room because the windows are towards the hallway!

I stayed one night in the Small Singke Room and another night in the Sandard Double Room. FIirst, Jasmine at the front desk was great. Super friendly and helpful. The day that I arrived, she was the only employee working - you wouldnt have known it, she took care of everything. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking from Tranmilenial station Quinta Paredes. Easy access to the airport and La Candelaria. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Breakfast was included and is a few scrambled eggs, an arepa, half a slice of toast, some fruit and coffee or hot chocolate. Neighborhood was quiet and felt quite safe.

The small single room was small. I wouldn't say there more than a night or two. The room is near the front desk, so it's noisy (The Standard Double Room was more the size of, well, a standard hotel room). Both rooms were fine in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Wi-fii was super slow. Water was not always hot.

The breakfast was very tasty and made to order. I appreciated the variety and service at breakfast.

The facilities are in very poor condition. We were given a room without a window, and they refused to move us when we asked. The walls are dirty, and the bathroom is very small. Looks nothing like the photos.

Excellent location, we arrived at the train station from Bari and walked 10 minutes to the hotel. We walked to the collosseum, Trevi Fountain, and every touristic place, excep the Vatican that you walk to train station take line A. Accross the street there is a small supermarket and restaurants nearby.

I liked the location, and the staff was friendly.

The room didn't seem to have been cleaned in a while, there was a lot of dust and there were no toiletries.

Close to the Embassy and the drivers were great.

Great location really close to the US Embassy. The staff is welcoming and the place is perfect for the low price.

There is no elevator in the building. They don't provide hair dryer and there is no safe in the rooms.
