Front desk staff were helpful. In particular, Magdalena at the front desk was most helpful and friendly

The stairs in the hallway….and the loft stairs are a bit tricky. If I had a suggestion, you may want to identify which floor the rooms are on since you do not have an elevator.

Rooms was nice. LOVED I could have breakfast in the room Location is great!!

Rooms are not soundproof so you can listen to EVERYTHING - so there is not really good quality sleep

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is great. Staff was friendly and the service is 24 hrs. Good value for the money.

Watch out if you have reduced mobility, there’s not elevator, If you’re healthy 3 floors is fine.

The hotel is in a quiet but central area of Chapinero. Great value for a large room in the area. Amazingly comfortable bed. No elevator, but not a problem for us at all. Breakfast served to your room if you choose. Modern feel with artists' work throughout.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Able to walk to nice restaurants, but still a quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy trip to Candeleria and other sites.

The room is excellent and the shower is fantastic! Loved the bar soap they provided. The location is terrific, near "Quebrada la Vieja," making it ideal for those who enjoy hiking. Additionally, the area is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, a cinema, and various leisure activities.

I was not about the cost, $54 CND and I ended up paying close $70 no sure about the extra fees

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They make great breakfasts for you every morning, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent! Good location as well.

The room was a little out dated No elevator, my room was on the 5 floor

the nightclub above is very loud and late even during the week, and has bright lights so be aware of it.

Location is great, finishings (look and feel of the room) felt modern (good ambiance). Very clean. Good wifi.

No elevator (I was on 4th floor), not a real entrance but a "garage door" which doesnt give a very welcoming vibe. Breakfast served on an open terrace (quite cold) although there is an option to have it served the room.

The insulation of the rooms is not amazing therefore it can be a bit noisy. There is no elevator.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free water, tea and coffee were offered 24/7.

It does not qualify as a Business Suite, it was definitely not 25m², maybe 15 to 18 at best. The bathroom was super weird with class doors and walls and a curtain. The hotel does not have 4 stars as listed on Booking.

The location isGreat the room is clean and comfortable. However the hotel needs to upgrade there entertainment system no cable channels only Ruku TV System which not everyone uses. Also someone needs to do an inspection prior to checked making sure lights work (ours didn’t) before sending clients to the rooms.

The TV System which I have told the owner twice that cable channels are better then Ruku TV which nobody really uses best to just have a Smart TV with cable channels Direct TV Claro or Movie Star???

The room was spacious, with kitchenette and good shower. The location couldn’t be better, with many restaurants and shops nearby but quiet corner of neighborhood. Staff friendly and helpful. It would be hard to find a better situation for the price. I have stayed here for years- often more than once a year.

Sometimes hear noise in next. But even this is only occasionally.

Vary nice room with kitchen net.

The towels were dirty but they were very quick in replacing them.
