Apartamentos Regency La Feria

Breakfast was ok, but not as awesome as the reviews mentioned.

The front desk person saw us getting out of the Uber and carrying five suitcases up the stairs, and he did not even open the hotel's door for us. The elevator smelled bad, and the wooden furniture in the hallways and in our room looked out of shape. In our room, the furniture, tables, and bathroom shelves were covered with dust and long hair left by previous guests. The roll-up curtain and blackout were filthy and bed up. There was a leak under the sink that soaked my shoes while I was washing my hands, and the toilet lid didn't stay up. We had booked it for 4 nights, but we stayed only 1.

It has great location! East access to many ammenities and in a quiet area…

Breakfast was fine. I think they could hava a snack and coffee machine at the lobby in case you want something to eat when the restaurant is closed.

No eating options other than breakfast and no restaurants nearby.

The location is convenient, well priced and everything you need for a business trip

This place is excellent and they have everything, good gym ,sauna, stores close by, american embassy, mall, etc. Also the staff is really nice specially Yeeny. 100% recommended! Mauricio

No amenities. No hair dryer.

Every workers were very nice. I appreciated they try to help me even I don’t speak Spanish well. The room is large and clean. Good breakfast.

The room was little bit cold.

I had to get my key activated 3 times. I reserved the room for the fireplace that wasn't working.

Rooms were at the right temperature bc sun goes directly to them. Love it since Bogota is really cold at nite. Also staff is great and Jenny is the best. Mauricio

Location is good.

Breakfast needs more variety. When they clean the room they should clean the bathtub and all the trash cans better.

The facilities are really good condition, clean, the breakfast was awesome, the staff are really committed with their service

The state of the whole place. On the pictures it looks like a suite. In real life it's old.. moldy..dirty ..not stylish at all. Noisy,dirt stains on the floor.. The window slides where moldy. The whole feeling of the place was a little dodgy. Except for the staff, they were really nice

I love the attitude of the staff, very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

No washing machine which was a must for a long stay.

Conveniently located right in the center of Bogota with metro access that will get you anywhere you need to be at. This is a safe neighborhood with an Oxxo, restaurants, and the metro line within walking distance. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and we loved the breakfast, the 24/7 concierge service, and the cleanliness of our room. Would love to stay here again.

Not much really

Rooms were small not comfortable. No hair dryer , no cooking pans and utensils even though there was a kitchen. Toilet had low water pressure.
