    Pros +

    • Overall it went well.
    • The historic house the stone and wood structure and the gardens are immerse in the property The breakfast terrace for breakfast or dinner with vertical gardens and the roof it can be open of close weather permitting, the service is exquisite and the rooms are comfortable and well furnished The location is perfect
    • This was our first time in the Four Seasons Casa Medina in Bogota, Colombia and our stay was simply staggering.Staff is highly qualified for this 5 star hotel that we felt welcome from the very first moment we stepped in the lobby.Room was beautifully decorated. The lighting in the social area was a bit too dark at nightBeds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom was great and we loved the smell of the shampoo and body wash products in the shower. Staff did a great job with cleaning and room service was very efficient at midnight everytime we felt thirsty for some booze hehe.Food and drinks were top notch. We would definitely stay again in October.

    Cons -

    • This was our second stay in Casa Medina this year and we got disappointed with room service this time. We asked for a jar of coffee and it took 30 minutes to get into our room. I had to go downstairs and get two cups of coffee from the restaurant. Asked for an iron. It took 45 minutes to get to the room. It is not a good look to remind the staff that it is a 5 star hotel.
    • Breakfast was pricey. Hotel could've offered a little bit more of local food for breakfast.
    • One downside was being woken up around 6:00 am by strong cooking smells coming from the kitchen and into my room. It disrupted the otherwise peaceful mornings. With better ventilation or soundproofing, this place would be close to perfect.

Casa Medina is in a great location and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area.

Beautiful building! Amazing food! The speakeasy was incredibly cool!

Only bad thing was our vanity mirror stopped lighting up and it didn’t get fixed while we were there.

Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Great air conditioning. Has a boutique feel.

Food was just so so. Bathroom had very little storage space.

Beautiful colonial building, clean and comfortable rooms.

My only criticism is the Spa doesn’t have a price list at all. The services turn out to be super expensive. I think for transparency reasons the Spa prices should be printed for customers who are unfamiliar with the exchange rates rather than just being told the prices quickly. The massage was professional and excellent though.

Beautiful building full of character. Great restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful. All in all a nice choice for visits to Bogota.

A long way from the main city attractions.

The location is quite good, the staf is perfect, the building is great and cousy.

. The hotel could had a swimining pool (indor or open) it will improve the relaxation in a day at hotel.. Our bed was a queen, it must be a king size bed. Our bed was not in good condition, it was shaking and making noise. The price of the massage service is excessive expense, I paid COP 1.066.000,00 for a 70min relaxation massage

    The building and the bed

No concierge no to service for a four seasons does not justify the price at all very expensive for what you receive. The breakfast room left is with all the cooking smell on our clothes

The rooms were lovely and the staff were were very helpful.

The first night I had a room on the main road, and it was noisy, so I didn’t sleep well. But they moved me to a better room the next day and it was great.

Very nice and friendly people, the neighborhood is very good and safe and the rooms are individually designed and good to rest

    nothing I can think of

    Impressive building and great staff

No pool, outdoor areas or leisure facilities other than spa.

Casa Medina is by far the best hotel in Bogota. The building is beautiful and the service is 5 star. Excellent location

No pool, but this is not that kind of hotel

    10AlicePosted on: 5-1-2023

amazing breakfast, gorgeous room, attentive staff

    9SophiePosted on: 3-30-2023

Beautiful property in a great part of Bogota which feels very safe and close to many great restaurants. We went to Tierre for dinner which we highly recommend. The beds were SOOO comfy - probably the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym downstairs was perfectly equipped and hardly used. It was nicely air conditioned, and with water and towels. Overal it was a amazing hotel that is a bargain for a four seasons compared to anywhere else in the world

Breakfast and Food was slightly pricey. Apart from that it was perfect

great room; helpful staff; nice area for eating

some food smell in room; gas smell from breakfast omelette cooker (in room and strong in restaurant)
