Hotel Viaggio 617

Jamie in the breakfast buffet was amazing in her customer service. I picked this place because of the refrigerator and microwave, despite being 20 mins away where I had to meet my skating camp. Because of her professionalism I would pick Viaggio again.

Multiple marks in the bed sheet not visible to the common eye. I don’t doubt of their cleanliness but I think their cleaning products weren’t helping there.

The crew is warm and happy to help, although English was a challenge. The location is good, breakfast is great. They have issues with the keys to the rooms and I had to go up and down with my luggage to reset the cards

The location is good to be able to get to the airport fast.

Everything was okay except for breakfast time. They said breakfast begins at 6, I went down to have breakfast at 6:15 because I had to leave early to the airport and the person in the kitchen yelled at the saying that the buffet wasn’t opened yet so I don’t understand!! After that I decided to leave instead of waiting for breakfast.

Great location. The neighborhood feels very safe, and you can get wherever you need from here easily by walking or by taxi. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Good value for the money.

The walls seem to be made very thin. We could hear our neighbors any time they were speaking loudly. A couple of nights we were kept up by their loud sex or partying. I would expect a hotel to have thicker walls. The room also had no AC/heat, so it always felt slightly damp. The shower head was also a little strange.

No working roomtelephone. Several desk employees not friendly, apart from one. Internet cut out regurlary. Stained sheets. Bed not leveled. Floor had open spaces between tiles.

This modern hotel is perfectly located for the hipster Chapinero, but not in the middle. Near the Translineo, services, and the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT! Breakfast was delicious!

The bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was kind of old.

The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the bed is super big and comfortable, nice toiletries, room comes with a fridge and a microwave so you be self sufficient

Airport shuttle as advertised is not actually available although when I mentioned this to them they said they would update the listing, they were more than helpful in booking a taxi. Wi-fi didnt work but they said they were getting it fixed. The gym could have more variety.

Clean and comfortable,

The room was very cold ? with no heater or even a space heater so we were miserable even though it was a very clean room and comfortable

The room floor was wet, there was no TV and the phone didn't work to call the front desk

the location is great and the room is comfortable. that hotel has the necessary to pass the night however the room doesn’t have a iron. I think is very important to travelers

Breakfast was small but good. Eggs were cooked to order with several options. The rooms were spotless and the toiletries supplied were of good quality. I've stayed in hotels where the soap looked good but didn't provide much in the way of lather or they didn't load well onto a cloth but Viaggio's shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided was very good. The sheets and pillow cases were really comfortable as well as the mattress.

There was only one trash can for the room and the bath sink leaked. My room had a street view and was pretty large, enough that made it easy to move around the room, which was nice and more than I expected. The safe in the closet didn't work well and I was unable to open it. The bath towel was good but the hand towel didn't seem much different in texture and quality than the bath mat. My friend's room had a refrigerator, sink and counter top, and small coffee maker whereas my room had a refrigerator with a table over it. At night, the lighting was not really bright enough. They probably don't get many English speaking people there so I wasn't expecting much in the way of television. CNN is different outside of the USA. Sadly, I would have liked to have been able to watch an English-speaking movie but it's an understandable lack relative to the cost of the room, which still seems like a bargain!

The bed is the most remarkable thing in the bedroom. It was big, soft and super comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but could be better. Shower was nice, as well.

Cleanliness is what I disliked most. Carpets are full of dust and garbage, the room smells funny and let´s better not talk about curtains: I preferred not to touch them. TV´s remote controls were sticky and when I received the room, I had to call to get my floor mopped because of the stickyness and dusty it was.

Large spacious room with big comfortable bed. hot shower and location were great and quiet

We only stayed 2 nights but there was no room clean. Reception need to open the front door for you when you leave and arrive.

The first key didn't work properly so there was an inconvenience however it worked out

The room was in the last floor and we hear mice between the feeling and the terrace, my wife wne to the terrace and saw only pigeons, the staf said we where hearing a gym, then pigeons looking for food, at the end the finally accepted there where mice and that they came from buildings near by. The staff rude treating us like crazy people. I booked a room to surprise my wife guess what, is wasn't the room when we got there, again the untrained staff told.us "well this is the biggest room, and yes is not the one showing within the bookin app, but it's big no?" te coffee was whaaaaaat dark, egg half baked.

Fair for the price.

Some details are odd: no light switches next to bed, which makes it uncomfortable having to wake up to manage lights. For a Colombian hotel breakfast coffee wasn't nice or fresh - appeared to be sitting there boiling for hours. Breakfast fruits tasted like onion - probably knives weren't property washed
