I feel mislead They advertise this hotel as 5 stars Should be 2 stars The place smell horribly and the hallways has not lights

The proximity to everything was walking distance. Clean rooms, great breakfast, very courteous staff and one of the best vacations have ever had. Will definitely come back!

Cant think of anything didnt like except maybe a room with a balcony....hehe

The location is very safe.

Room had a broken bathroom door which was never repaired or addressed by the hotel staff over my 2 night stay.The first night when the complain was made, the staff assured me that the door would be fixed. I guess they meant they would fix it after we left

Location and breakfast!

I needed something to drink and didn't find it in there, I had to go to buy it in front of the hotel in a supermarket. I think they could have bought it for me.

noisy. there was construction outside our room. the walls were so thin you can hear footsteps and other rooms flushing their toilets.

I was pleased with thE Hotel. Rooms are Suite type and modern. Everything was well done. I am returning here again at end of October. I cannot think of any issues - except that its a small hotel and therefore no lavish reception area. I recommend!

Quality for the price. 20 usd more and i stay at the Hyatt. Old furniture and faculties. Needs a refresh.

I had a wonderful stay! The place truly felt like home, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel welcomed right away. The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, providing all the comfort and functionality I could ask for. The staff were exceptional—David, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay.

If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that I personally prefer a harder bed for sleeping. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely return!

Great hotel. No question for me, this is where to stay in Bogota. Staff all very corteous and professional. Good sized, comfortable rooms. Great value for money and for me at least, perfect location.

Location and price

Not even close to 5 stars as it is promoted. Shower really poor flow. Breakfast not included in fare. Taxi provided by front desk was 3 times more expensive than regular taxi.

It didn’t have swimming pool and the worse was it doesn’t have a Fitness room , no gym . The staff is polite But the place can’t be more than 3 stars
