Hotel Cabrera Imperial By key 33

Location and service. Very comfortable room as well.

Muy comodo y moderno, y bien ubicado. El personal muy atento y amable.

Service is exceptionally good.

Location, staff, breakfast

Rooms need updating.

The property was extremely clean, the room was spacious and the concierge was very helpful and gave us great places to go.

The Staff, especially Angie Rubio, who was pretty attentive and took care of any of our requests!

I loved the quiet around, maybe some could not like that

Good location breakfast is ok

Little bit oil , very cold room and no shoes inside room

All good

Refrigerator made too much noise at night. And next to the bed…not great location.

Excellent service very attentive & cordial staff.Fantastic location. Will be back it’s my place to stay in Bogotá!

Nothing thatI did not like

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We arrived and were given a choice of drinks including wine as a welcoming gesture. They were very attentive to our needs, including how to watch a local soccer match. When we left, they hugged my daughters and said farewell to each of us. It was a level of kindness and service rarely seen in this industry.

They need to have an available source of potable water besides bottles for sale from the minibar.

Wonderful staff, location and amenities. A must to enhance your vacations

The food is a bit pricy but there are plenty of restaurants in the area

Very spacious, clean room, large comfortable bed with black out shutters. Super quiet, safe residential neighbourhood and only a few blocks to lots of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very diverse with local and European food, all v fresh and tasty. All The staff were super attentive, couldn’t do enough for us and always with a smile. Would definitely return and highly recommend

first the breakfast is a la carte and not a buffet with a lot of choice ,also the location of the breakfast is not adequate as is in the lobby.

in general is fine

Location: amazing location with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping,...Room: very spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It felt like we were staying in a luxurious modern condo.Staff: very friendly and professionalBreakfast: the buffet has lots of options and so many different tropical fruits. Servers are exceptional!

Staff hardly speaks any English. Luckily my partner speaks fluent Spanish so we didn't have any issues. :)

Nice facilities, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Good and safe location.

staff very professional breakfast good. room amazing and gym on rooftop

Staff were unbelievable nothing was a problem, excellent English. Hotel was perfect location in a lovely area.

The beds were comfortable; the breakfast was delicious; the staff was very nice and welcoming

Breakfast was very good; very helpful staffLocation was excellent for what we wanted to do

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location with great restaurants and all you may need at walking distance. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

It doesn’t really have many amenities and a true “restaurant”, but it doesn’t really matter because with so many great options in the surroundings there is no need for it.
