Wonderful breakfast, spacious room with a nice bed, all renewed, in a charming neighborhood full of good restaurants.

Front desk was really helpful. Our room was a nice size & the bed was comfortable. The 'welcome voucher' for a round of drinks was a nice touch too. The hotel is in an excellent location! We did not opt for the breakfast so cannot speak to that.

It would have been nice to have filtered water easily available for guests - we stayed at a number of other places that offer this which we really appreciated & is better for the environment. The hotel did provide us with two small water bottles, but then we had to purchase any additional water from the minibar. We were double-charged for the one water we did purchase which we didn't realize since the charge occurred after we checked out. It was only the equivalent of $2.50 USD so not a big deal, but still a little annoying.

Location is good. The breakfast (once some minor issues were sorted out) was good, with a variety of food and fruits.Staff at breakfast were friendly and willing to go out of the way to help.

Some appliances for serving breakfasts do not work well, e.g. the waffle maker takes a very long time to make (15'), the toaster could hardly toast bread or heat up croissants, as the temperature was very low and could not be changed. This made it impossible to have things sufficiently hot. Frustrating!This issue must be dealt with by the hotel management.

Room a little warm for my comfort so had to open the window to get coolAir from outside but then I could hear the cars outside. Also didn’t like the fact that property charge me the tax that I am exempt from by law for not having a stamp on my passport . Bio meg system does not provide stamp or any proof of entry to the country therefore hotels should know that.

The size of the room, the absence of noise, cleanliness, the friendly staff, the view. The hotel provided exactly what I requested, high floor and very quiet room. The neighborhood is safe to walk around, lots of restaurants, but nowadays Bogota requires more care than a few years ago, wherever you are. We left very early so no time for breakfast. The hotel can arrange a taxi for the airport, which is safer than taking a yellow one, and the cost is not much greater, so well worth it. We will gladly return in the future.

Nothing, except that if you are a foreigner simply in transit you will have to pay the tax on the room. It is not the hotel's decision, it is the law.

Dear Hotel Rosales Plaza Management,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your hotel, booked for my wife and her parents. The experience was disappointing and fell below expected standards.The morning after our arrival, we discovered there was no electricity in our room. Reception informed us that maintenance work was underway and that we should have been notified in advance, but no such notice was provided. This left us unprepared for the inconvenience.The manager suggested we use the dark bathroom to shower, which was unsafe, particularly for my elderly father, who is over 80 years old. This response was irresponsible, and when I asked for alternatives, the manager offered excuses and suggested charging our phones instead of addressing basic needs like electricity and water.Additionally, I was charged €17 more than the original booking price without explanation, further adding to my dissatisfaction.This experience demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I request a full investigation into this matter and compensation for the inconvenience and extra charges.Please let me know how you plan to address this issue. Location was amazing, with a lot of really good restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance. The staff service and attention was great.

Beds are not necessarily comfortable. They can improve in this area.

Although there were a proper desk and a char for work, the internet was slow so glad we didn't bring some work to do at the hotel room.

Super comfortable, the location is perfect. It is near every tourist attractions, good restaurants and bars also very quiet so you can rest. It has all the facilities. Price worth it.

The location in Chaplin are was really nice. The rooms were bigs, clean and the staff was nice.Breakfast was good too.

The location was good but everything else was a disappointment due to property not having air conditioning or heating and advertising breakfast included but in the small print you are charged for the breakfast

There is no heating and as anyone who has visited Bogotá will know it gets very cold all year around and the hotel does not have heating or air conditioning in the rooms. Also the water is always running out of hot water so many times you have to shower in cold water. And be very careful about the advertising of your room as it will say breakfast included and when you get to the hotel it will tell you breakfast is not included and you will be made to pay at the end of your stay

Location is great. Safe area with lots of dining options and charming, pedestrian friendly streets.

Generic room, not well thought-out furnishings. Nowhere to put clothes; could use another bedside table and something on the walls. The meal we had at the hotel restaurant was equally insipid and uninspiring. This is a fine hotel, but nothing special. The staff were professional, but distant. Not nearly as warm and helpful as other places we stayed in Colombia.
