- The staff was great clean room overall a great hotel
- Location, it was clean, employees were very nice and helpful
- Good location good breakfast and excellent staff
Cons -
- The bathroom was leaking water, so it was wet all the time. We told the main office, but the lady who cleaned said the water came from the shower door. That was not true. The water on the floor continued showing up after it had been cleaned in the morning, and nobody had showered. So, it was very uncomfortable. Also, I guess it’s nobody’s fault, the fact that it’s terribly noisy. At 5:00 am, a lot of street noise starts
- Nothing to complain about
- I didn’t like the fact that the pictures on Booking showed a fridge, but when we arrived, there was no fridge in either of the two rooms we booked. Also, there were no utensils in the room—nothing at all. One of the doors ran out of battery, so we had to wait for AA batteries to be replaced. Additionally, both rooms were priced the same but were different—one had a bathtub, and the other did not. There was no ice machine, and at certain times, there was no ice available in the building at all.

The location was great because it was easy to get to different places from the hotel. There were many restaurants in the area, and the surroundings were safe to walk around at any time.

Excellent food and staff was great

The property is very clean and the rooms are comfortables a little smaller than the picture shows but still a good investment
No AC in the room. Even when Bogota is cold at midnight you can feel hot. I keep my window open but to be honest wasn't enough.
no fitness, sauna or gym / no lounge or bar for a coffee
Cheap and clean
My friend come to visit me and they just told that visitor not allowed after 6:00 pm, and this is not ridiculous, never had this weird restriction experience except Covid period, this makes everyone so uncomfortable
Location and staff
Cleanliness, the carpet was stained and it smelled bad.
Confy hotel. Nice Location, close groseries.
I paied for a better room but it turned our that I paid more for the exact same room.
The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel clerks were very friendly and easy to deal with. Also, they were very helpful on some questions and issues.
Room 208. I went back to Richmond Suites and stayed in Room 208 for one night before my return trip. The bed in the room was terrible. Every time my wife or myself moved on the bed, it would creak terribly to the point we would wake up. It got to be so bad, that we got out of the bed. I remember my wife slumped over in a chair and myself sleeping on a small sofa. Such situation took place at around 2;30 AM, not precisely a good time to go downstairs to ask for another room.
Okay breakfast with papaya fruit and melon fruit.
The window didn’t close properly so the sound of music from a nearby property kept me up all night. The hot water was broken so I had to have a cold shower.Bathroom sink was leaking and poorly designed.Place was generally worn down.
Good location in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are very large.
Facilities are old, the private kitchen in the rooms are useless as there are no appliances.. breakfast is quite poor
My experience at Richmond Suite Hotel on Calle 93 in Bogotá was quite positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff members who made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel on Calle 93 was a real highlight. It's a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a nice park within walking distance. This made exploring the neighborhood (zona T) and trying out local cuisine incredibly convenient. Upon entering my room, I was pleased to find a clean and well-maintained space. The international breakfast buffet offered a nice selection as well!Throughout my stay, the hotel staff remained attentive and ready to assist with any inquiries I had. From recommendations for local attractions to helping with transportation arrangements, their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. The only minor downside I encountered was that I had to pay an extra for an early check-in, but it was fine.In conclusion, my stay at the Richmond Suite hotel on Calle 93 in Bogotá was a delightful experience. The combination of its safe location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made for a memorable visit. Recommended!
Location was great to walk around and room was very comfortable.
Breakfast could have been better, with more options.
I stayed one night at this place, after an upgrade offer in Booking. I got a huge, king sized room, with a big bathroom, small kitchenette (didn't use it though) and even a treadmill. Bed was huge and comfy, the WiFi worked fine and shower was very enjoyable. Friendly staff, they stored my luggage after check-out. The local area is quite secure.
The breakfast was buffet style but not so varied. Fitted carpet in the room (but that's more for health reasons).
Cleaning staff was great.
The suite had poor lighting. The power went in and out several days and didn't include basic kitchn ware, and what was provided wasn't clean. Additionally, the hotel charged to have visitors, which wasn't listed prior to booking.
The location was oke
Room was horrible. No WiFi in the whole room, Window was cracked, the bath was horrible: wall broken, floor super ragged and the tap loose and horrible to control, bathroom window was broken, We went for this hotel due to them giving a free upgrade, but we suspect that it is just a trick to get tourists. Its almost impossible to have a worse room. We were in 203 in the first floor.
It should be a 3 star Hotel, not a 4 star like posted.
Not cleaned properly. All furniture, floor, carpet, bathroom are very deteriorated. View and surroundings are not nice. Too noisy. Barely any bathroom supplies, not even Tissues.
