Hotel Embassy Park

The staff was very professional and nice.

A lot of restaurants near the hotel, plenty of choices on food. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant too, excellent club sandwiches.

I was not clean, hair everywhere and the bathroom was not clean

Excellent Service. As a frequent visitor of this hotel you feel at home. The staff remembers your name and solves problems very quickly and flexible. I love it. Always will come back.

The food service was good. The staff was nice.

The bathroom was not cleaned well and was very run down. The shower doors were heavy and the toilet paper holder was very far from the actual toilet (impossible to reach). The tv was of low quality. The room was very very cold!

The property was well maintained, rooms were clean and the location is perfect if you are going to the US Embassy.

Breakfast is very early. Rooms are large. Location is good. Price is not bad. The front-desk staff helped me with a late return of the room. I took longer than expected but they were supportive.

The staff that received my bags charged me $20K pesos por keeping my bags from 11 am until 4 pm, and warned me they will be locked until 3 pm. I couldnt get back to them.

THE SAFE WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY BUT SANDRA WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ORDER TO MANAGE THE SITUATION. ALSO THE BATHROOM HAS A LIGHT SWICHT INCLUDE THE SMOKE DETECTOR WITH A NOISY SOUND THAT BOTHER SO MUCH. THE REFLECTION OF THE WHITE LIGHTS

It advertise airport shuttle but when I asked they didn’t know what I was asking

Location is excellent for anyone to visit US embassy. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Room and washroom was neat and clean. Hotel staffs and reception was very helpful. They arranged the accommodation as requested.

My family stayed there. I would have liked if the hotel could manage a way for me to pay the expenses remotely, instead of the guest to do it. Again, its a personal opinion for guest convenience.

The building is big enough and looks well maintained

The noise from the street didn’t let sleep. One wall had a visible big stain.

Location, breakfast

The WC extractor fan was quite noisy.

The room was excellent, breakfast is dedicated to Colombians mainly not expatriates. So don't expect the usual breakfast you see in other countries. Mainly Arepas, Scrambled eggs or you can order your eggs as you like it, cereals, fruits and once there were meatballs in the breakfast. But the overall quality of breakfast is ok. Our room had a jacuzzi which requires external activation but it was nice. Try to choose a room ending with number 3 as it's not looking the street, so less noisy and also doesn't have the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff was good, but Julio was exceptionally supportive and addressed all our requests exceeding our expectations. The hotel is very good and highly recommended because the area is safe, with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. As a common practice in Colombia, don't walk at night unless you are in a group or have secured transportation.

Billing Issue

My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to a significant billing error. Upon check-in, the staff attempted to charge me double the agreed-upon rate of 500,000, which was confirmed at the time of my reservation. The incorrect charge of 1,000,000 was alarming and required my immediate attention. I had to intervene and request that they honor the original agreement. After discussing the matter, they eventually corrected the charge to reflect the initial rate.While I understand that mistakes can happen, an error of this magnitude is concerning. I hope that the hotel will take steps to ensure the accuracy of their billing processes to prevent similar issues in the future.

Great location if visiting the US embassy as it’s conveniently close to it. Friendly staff, perfect for a one night stay

Do not stay there

No air conditioner, no hot water, broken toilet, breakfast to go was not ready at the departure time.

Front desk staff is not very friendly. They are not willing to help.Restaurant and consierge personnel were very helpful and accommodating.

No plugs on the walls. Only one plug in the whole bedroom!
