My stay was excellent, room was very cozy & amazing breakfast hotel staff was very helpful front desk staff member went above and beyond to help me on various matters similarly restaurant staff, she was amazing. Highly recommended

Even though this a small hotel, it is located in the heart of the best area in Bogota. You have 2 malls within less than 4 blocks. The employees are very kind and friendly. They have breakfast, the rooms are clean. Overall a great hotel for a great price.

It could me a little bit more modern and they could offer a currency exchange assistance.

This hotel is very well located, in a very safe and beautiful area of ​​Bogota. It's relatively small but cozy. The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is good enough for the price. The rooms are cozy, and the bathroom looked new and was very clean. I think the best thing about it is the location, very close to shopping centers and various stores.

Overall, everything was good at this hotel. Perhaps what I didn't like was the use of carpets in the rooms. Despite the cleanliness of the rooms, they always retain dust, and it's not recommended for people with sensitive skin or allergies. So, I don't think it's the hotel's fault; I just need to be more careful about these details next time.

We had an issue with our booking, so the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate us on the first night. However, they arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel, and when we checked in the next day, they kindly upgraded our room for the rest of our stay. Excellent service!

I really enjoyed the service at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely come back.

Amazing location in Bogota to stay. Close to manu restaurants , clubs and amenities around.Thank you to Alejandro at the reception for being super kind and helpful, it makes the experience 10 times better when the staff is kind and friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again in the future

All was good!

Our flight was late arriving and so when we got to the hotel it was all in darkness and we weren't sure we were at the right place. The night porter saw us and opened the door and we got booked in. The room was quite large, but outdated. It was comfortable and we slept well. There was coffee and water available in the lobby rather than in the room.

The shower would over flow on to the bathroom floor. The room was cold as we went at a cool time of year and we had to ask for a heater- which was provided. I prefer to make a hot drink in my room but this seems not to be standard in Colombia. If you drink coffee you are well catered for but tea seems to be a harder ask. Food allergies are not well understood and so options can be limited.
