The check in lady was the worst. Didnt seem to care nor refused to let me check in at 12:00 which was stated on the reservation.

It was so loud! Theh gave me the room rught on the road. Earpljgs and a pillow over my head wasnt enough to block out the noise. I almost had tl go sleep in the bathroom.

Absolutely nothing

Only thing that was barely comfortable was the bed. They gave me a totally different room, smaller, dirty…. As soon as I arrived the receptionist made me wait for an hour because he was new and didn’t know the system so had no idea what room I had assigned. This is lack of training from the Hotel, poor guy. Worst experience ever.

The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is prepared with care and it is tasty. The shower has a pretty strong pressure, making it very comfortable.

The hotel is very well located for finding things around. But at night it gets very sketchy and unsafe, since most of the surrounding venues are closed, leaving the area quite empty.

Everything was alright, except that there's no elevator and we had to go upstairs, using the stairs, 3 floors.Yes, we'll like to stay there next time, only if we could stay in a terrace apartment. We are not so young anymore. ????????

The room was clean and quite bright. Breakfast was good with in room. Service location was okay. Front door does not give a good indication of how nice the hotel inside is.

All around, good property

Located in Chapinero downtown, this hotel offers a strategical location for travelers. Around the block you can find restaurants, convenient stores, and places to go shopping. The room was spacious, and it has a small kitchen which is extremely convenient.The porch-like place was cool, but due to Bogotá’s weather, I couldn’t enjoy it.Please note that this hotel doesn’t have elevator; rooms are located from the 2nd floor up.

The coffee served with breakfast. I honestly expected a decent “tinto”, but it was just black tinted water with a strong stale flavor. Not even sugar could mask the staleness of this coffee…

I can not fault the room. It was clean and comfortable, great value. The staff and the breakfast were both superb.

Fairly simple hotel/apartment in a convenient part of Bogota with plenty of nearby amenities. Friendly & helpful staff, clean & comfortable room, adequate breakfast delivered to the room. Ideal for a short budget stay.

Comfortable bed and nice staff. The only disappointing thing was the location and the soundproof. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and outside, so having a light sleep we would wake up quite often and forced to have early mornings. The locations looks a bit sketchy, so we wouldn’t really around the hotel.

I liked very much the idea of room service for breakfast, which was delicious!The room was spacious and clean. I felt safe around the location, with mini shops and small restaurants.

The room facing towards the street is quite noisy due to the street activity but we had no big issue with it.

We had a great stay here. Spacious room and superb service. Great value. Good location for chapinero. Sweet breaky in the room service.

The hotel is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep, it was not very clean with hairs laying around. Finally, even though I paid for breakfast, because I had to leave early on my final day, they were not able to offer anything as a takeaway breakfast. They were not overly flexible

We actually moved out because of issues with wifi. I don’t know the rest of the rooms but wifi in our room was the worst I have had in my month long travel in Colombia. I was told others haven’t complained so maybe it was just our room.
