One Sixteen Hotel

The staff and the location. We also loved the spa as well

Nope everything was great

Everything was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely neighborhood to walk around. delicious breakfast .Highly recommend.

Nothing at all Paid for 7 nights in advance and when we canceled in left after two days they will not give us back a refund

Our location on a very busy street very noisy amenities were lacking restaurant was not a good. The room was lacking. No iron or ironing board. Shower was inside a very unsafe you had to climb into. This hotel only deserves 2 Stars at most. No refund yet

I liked the people because they were very friendly and helped me with all my requests in a timely manner. Their kindness was unique. The location is excellent! It's close to the main attractions for shopping, dining, entertainment, and others.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Many restaurant options close by.

Not the best location of you are planning to visit the downtown (was not my case). We can hear the noise from the streets. There is no hairdryer.

Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast were excellent.

Only problem is rooms facing Calle 116 need double glazing immediately to block the noise from the street.

The location is amazing, everything is super close within walking distance, second time staying here definitely recommend

Water pressure in bathroom sinks can be strong

Staff

Water in the shower came yellow. Horrible situation, to much money for an old venu. No hair dryer or iron.

Nice hotel, location great, new hotel, great restaurant & fabulous breakfast. It shows jacuzzi & sauna, but it requires prior appointment to use & must do it by 9 pm, so that is not convenient & was unable to use. Should note this on the description...

Great location, near restaurants

This room was next to elevator. A lot of sounds heard in room

Good breakfast served by very nice people. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Was not tv service

The staff were really great and we felt like they took great care of us. The place felt.very safe and secure, it was clean and comfortable, good location, everything we needed for our stay.

Location

Tv didn’t have English channels. I couldn’t even use my Netflix acct because tv was not a smart tv ! Very disappointed No a/c or heat to control temp in room Bathroom was so tight. I couldn’t sit on toilet straight because my knees wd hit wall in front of toilet. And I’m only 5 ft 2 inches tall!!!

Initially everything was going well. Good location friendly staff and good breakfast. However things turned bad when we realized our credit card had been double charged and on top of that we had no running water for about half of our stay.

Terrible experience. We were charged doubled and over 2 weeks later I still haven't received my money back. I've had to take it up with Booking directly to interfere. What's even worse, is there was no water in the hotel for about half of our stay. with showers and toilets not available. When we spoke to the staff about it we got mixed and contradictory stories with no solutions. Finally when we checked out (still with no water) no compensation, not even an apology was given.

The room, spacious, comfortable, I particularly liked the wood floors.

Issues with WiFi, after an afternoon troubleshooting they finally changed me to another room. The restaurant doesn't charge to the room's bill.

Staff were great amd so was the location. The rooms were a great size.

All the staff are excellent especially Guillermo. He was so friendly and nice. The hotel is in an excellent spot in the city. I highly recommend staying here and booking the spa.

What I expected, and beds and room confortable.

I eat mainly fruit for breakfast, and arrived back to Bogota, and simply would have liked a larger choise, butwas quite satisfied.

Excellent Location. Friendly staff!Very good breakfast!!!

Goog location

Paid for suite with AC, the first night they put us i non air conditioned room they claimed was a suite. They did move us into the room that we paid for the next night. Unfortunately it was right under the roof patio they rented out for a very loud party that went from 6 pm until 2 am. Impossible to sleep in the room.
