Very far from airport and on booking showed 3.5 km away from airport, so it’s not a good idea if you have a flight the next morning . In rest all goodThank you

Great location when going to concerts

Nothing to do with the hotel, but getting there with a cab is hard because they need a permit to go that far out the city, better use Uber or indrive

The hotel condition is good.staff is very friendly and kind.There is Sauna ,I enjoyed it.

the location is not good.we paid a lot of money for Uber.Front of the hotel ,there is heavy traffic all the time.around hotel there is no store,anything.I can see many workers.

The property was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was great and it was totally worthwhile.

The Hotel is in a bad location for tourists because it’s a long taxi ride into the city center, or multiple buses.

The staff were exceptional. Could not fault them. Erika greeted us at the door, arranged an airport shuttle for first thing in the morning, arranged a wake-up call and packed breakfast. A+

The booking.com post stated that the hotel was 3.4miles from El Dorado airport, which was our search criteria. It was not. Instead we had a 45minute taxi ride both too and from the hotel, which was set up more as a truck-stop hotel on the way out of Bogota, not an airport hotel. We were very unhappy about the location as our international flight was 7am, requiring us to be at the airport at 4am, hence our goal to be close to the airport.

Room was too small for the price I paid. Also, at the time I booked it, it said it included a mini-bar but the room did not have it.

Super clean, big and comfortable bed. Kitchen and transport Staff Coordinator were super friendly and helped my a lot. Closest to Coliseo Live is the best option if the trip is for assisting a concert.

The beds are very comfy

The location is not nearby the airport, they don’t pick you up at the airport, they don’t communicate on time. With Checking out they told me that I didn’t pay the taxes….I told them I booked on booking.com and the price is included taxes. They didn’t believe me :(

The rooms are nice. The beds big and soft:) When the internet works, it is fast! The hotel is conveniently located outside the city, but the road is very busy during the weekends!

They advocate themselves as a green hotel, but still use a lot of plastic. We still had single use soap bottles and soap bars in plastic, even though there was an (empty) soap dispenser in the shower. They also have single use cups at breakfast for coffee (besides normal cups). The shower is nice but can only be regulated by temperature. A lot of water is wasted this way, as a lot of water comes out of it, much more than needed Breakfast is pretty meagre for such a big hotel. There are no sweet pastries, just plain buns and bread that were often even burned One morning they had pancakes but didn't want to make that the other mornings. They have a typical non-western breakfast with rice, soup etc. Only one of three mornings we were there they had more cereal options that cornflakes. So if you like big buffet breakfast, this hotel is not recommended. We had to switch rooms twice because the internet wasn't working well. The personnel didnt speak much English. The hotel has a restaurant. Outside you have to drive to get food, as the hotel is not located near any other restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent, location too had a lot of amenities like board games, they were able to gave us a private parking lot at the back of the hotel, the check in and the check out were really fast.

The only thing that I would improve was the bed, it had a division in the middle, and we could feel it, the blackout in our room was a little skewed we fixed it, and since there is like a trucking company on the back at around 5 am a truck honked really loud and woke us up. Besides that I would definitely come back.

Breakfast was pretty good, including omelettes, just have to ask for it, and they will prepare for you.

Bring your own soap, they won’t provide no shower soap at all. My first stay, i thought its was a cleaning crew mistake, but no, it’s the hotel, won’t provide soap.

the location was close to coliseo live which was the place I was going to be, the breakfast was amazing and the amenities were good. overall it’s good value.

Rooms are not 18m2 . Rooms are really small you cannot even feel comfortable.

They arranged a Mexican party which was good. But the music was loud and you could easily hear this in your room. I booked this hotel because it was close by the airport (5 km on booking). But it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there from the airport due too the traffic jams. Eventually it was 22km. I also booked this because they had a sauna. But the sauna didn't worked. Beds where hard as well.

Breakfast was not bad.

I think front desk attention was not friendly (but that is something that happens a lot in Bogotá). The room seemed poor in terms of maintenance: the had a soap dispenser in the shower, but it was empty. And there was only 1 hand soap and 1 small soap (no conditioner or soap for the shower; neither hand lotion. Some basic amenities you can find in other hotel at the same price level). Finally, the room has zero sound isolation. And the building design creates a huge echo from the first floor so you can be very annoyed if people are using the games area in the first floor. I was in a 5th floor room and had to listen to the people playing and loud music until 21:00. Good point they seemed to clear the area early, but still, it was not comfortable trying to watch a movie from 19:00 to 21:00 with all that noise.

They didn’t stock the room up with toiletries and toilet paper.

Thoughtful and helpful staff. A modern, Western style hotel. Ideally situated near to the airport and the Northern (dual carriageway) section of Highway 50 towards Honda etc

The place is cool.

At restaurant, the menu cost is different when you are going to pay, this is not cool. Soft and some trash were not clened
