- I had to move sooner from Bogotá so I changed the date of my reservation, I did it here on the app first then I went with the hotel administrator and they were saying "We cannot change the date and booking will make the whole charge automatically even if you move sooner". Basically they were trying to take my money but finally they ended up changing the dates.
- The noise. It was on a busy street with no sound insulation.I asked via booking to organise transport which was on the site as an option and I never heard back from them.
- On the kitchen you don't find any dishes to prepare or cook something.

I really liked this lovely hotel. Although the condition is a little run-down, the service and comfort more than made up for it. The hotel staff is always smiling and ready to help with anything, the beds are really comfortable, and the hot showers consistent and stable. I stayed in an apartment for 6 people and it was spacious for all of us. The kitchen is also very well-equipped, and the free breakfast is very reasonable and delicious. The neighbourhood is safe, though at night, there aren't too many food options just around it. The location is good for public transport to many parts of the city.
The wifi can be a little weak at times
The first few days the breakfast was good. After that, the quality and level of service declined rapidly. The room service was very thorough though
The service was slow and sloppy. The pancakes were served burned and had to be returned. The toast was toasted on only one side and served plain. One morning there was some sort of unidentifiable food product with the eggs.
