Location.

I was charged extra taxes at check out for no reason, parking was too small & hard to park. We barely slept because my room was located a few steps from the lobby/receptionist, restaurant & elevator, the noise from the street & social areas never stopped.

Shower was great. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly

The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was still good.

Excellent customer service, very clean and nice. Transport to hotel was waiting for me to take me to the airport as I checked out. Great price too!

Room size , location is good but there is road and bridge construction in front of the hotel that made it hard for taxi or uber to reach

There is no outlets that charge the phone or PC, only one available above the desk, I had to unplug the light to charge my laptop. There was no phone in the room to call the reception or room service

One of the severe in the morning, he was great and the bartender. The room was clean and housekeeping was friendly

Never had hot water and the air conditioning hardly worked and you have no wash clothes to bathe

The staff were quite helpful and polite. Besides that, there was a nice buffet for the breakfast. You can't possibly leave hungry. I didn't necessarily like everything or find everything usual for breakfast (e.g. fried meat and rice), but I could find something to eat. The fruits and fresh juices were especially nice. Lastly, the gym wasn't massive but I could get some workout in during my stay whenever I wanted. Coming in late from nightlife was also not an issue, as there was someone to let me in with ease. You can also get an Uber easily to wherever ...

There were too many air management units outside the room I was originally placed in, and they were making a lot of noise, so I had to ask to move higher away from it. I appreciated their urgency in changing my room the next day when reported that I couldn't sleep. The shower facilities could also do with some deeper cleaning. Also, I didn't have a view per se. Finally, I did also find it weird that I didn't have a complimentary bottle of water in my room. I did ask about it and was given a bottle in the end. Very unusual, in my experience.

The staff is really nice and the room sufficiently spacious. Price per night was low so can't complain too much.

I found the room in need of a remodel. The aircon in the room didn't work. I was disappointed by the breakfast. It certainly doesn't feel like a 4 stars experience.The location is safe but a taxi or Uber will be needed to go everywhere.

Breakfast could have more options. Also, on a Sunday morning at 9AM, the buffet had almost ran out of food.

The room were very spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. There is also a fridge, a convertible sofa and a desk. Anything you would need. The location was good, close to the Zona G. The cleaning staff was great.

The persons at the reception don’t seem to want to make any effort. They don’t even say hi when they see you, and don’t make any effort to speak a bit English. That’s a pity as the hotel is very nice beside this.

The waiter and some cleaning personnel were polite.

No water available for several hours.Cold during nights and do not have heater or extra covers for bed.Some service staff are very impolite.Avoid this place. .

Great bedrooms, quiet and safe place to stay. 10 minutes from Zona T, calle 93 and even SmartFit

Work place is outdated and doesn’t have space for laptops. And Wi-Fi is slow

Very easy to reach and a super helpful staff. I liked the breakfast.

I was missing a window in the room for some fresh air.
