Hotel Chico Parque 93 By OxoHotel

CHic decor, quiet and trendy neighborhood.

Electron card keys for room were extremely buggy. They failed to function on 8 occasions in four days.

Modern facility in a nice neighborhood, comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast had a couple hot entrees, lots of fresh fruit and eggs could be custom ordered. Staff was pleasant. Front desk spoke English. We had everything we needed during our stay.

Pulsing music across the street from about 7-10 pm, but it was quiet by the time we went to sleep. A minor issue. Hotel was generally very quiet.

This hotel is in a good location, with helpful staff who were very welcoming. The room and facilities were comfortable.

Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Comfortable room.Separate area for working and meetings.

Room lacks a little bit of decoration in the work area.Does not have robes

Loved the location, it was very convenient to commute to the office and restaurants nearby. The property has this cute section where you can buy jewelry, shot glasses along with hats etc.

I do not have anything to add here loved everything

Excellent hotel in the heart of Bogota, perfect for business travelers, very clean, nice staff, great vaiue for money

Maybe it needs some small style upgrades to the rooms, hallways

Multiple stays here staff is always great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Black out shades so you can sleep in the daytime.

Location of A/C and efficiency to cool the room. Lack's a little.

The attention, the facilities, the beds were very comfortable, the room was very nice

The breakfast service could be more varied, and the air conditioner could have some maintenance as it didn't work 10/10

Location , cleanliness and friendly staff

The location, the comfort, the gym, the decoration. The flexible schedule for the gym and breakfast.

If you would like to have a great breakfast you should be one of the first ones. There is room for improvement for those that arrive later and notably on the weekends. Maybe this was one time that they were understaffed, but we went outside to have breakfast on Sunday. There was no cup for the coffee/ tea in the room.

great breakfast, good location, good room and super value for money

Location is good

Poor breakfast, specially if you are staying more than one night. A/C operation is difficult.

Location and breakfast. It was very quiet.

Room was a little small and spartan.

Breakfast was great and very good. A lot of options. Restaurant staff was wonderful and friendly

Make sure is hand soap and coffee pots everyday of your stay

Noise No free water No free coffee No dryer in te room No iron No room service. Is a bad hotel and really bad service.

Room is spacy, and clean. It also has sofa. I guess most of employees can speak english.

It doesn't provide free water. Bit far from downtown.

Friendly staff, good location.

Breakfast service was slow, not enough options, trays always empty. Even one day they forgot to switch on the stoves and the food was cold.

Hotel was located in a safe, quiet area yet just a short walk from the activity filled Parque 93 area. Very friendly and professional staff. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Comfortable rooms overall. Location was quiet which was nice. Shower was great. Reception staff very helpful. Good breakfast with fresh juices changing every day.

Wish the bathroom had a little bit more countertop to put things. The room only came with one coffee pod and one paper cup - what if i actually wasn't traveling alone? Also one night when I ate at the hotel restaurant, the service was extremely slow even though I was just one of 3 customers, to the point where customers like ourselves had to open the kitchen door to find someone to order anything. Also this neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but it was also very dead on the weekends. Almost everything was closed and there were very few people walking around. Safe but you definitely need to go somewhere else to find more food choices.

location, cleaning, and comfortability

customer service is very poor, especially in the reception when we did the check in
