Hotel bh Parque 93

The location is perfect, and staff were great. They were available at all times.

The rooms were too little and had no A/C available. Also, they werent as clean as wed expect it would be. (Found some hairs in the pillow cases and bathroom)

Great full breakfasts. Lots of fresh fruit. Hot and cold choices. Wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Hotel was immaculate. Lots of fresh flowers in lobby and beautiful plants throughout. Comfortable lobby seating, with free coffee available 24/7

Huge construcción and various uber did not pick us up at the hotel it was a huge inconvenience. I had to move to a different hotel and the hotel did not want to give credit nor reembursement.

Well located hotel near to a lot of restaurants and bars. Very safe area. The room was comfortable and it had all the amenities necesary. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast staff had a little attitude rushing people out before the time that the breakfasts ends. If you got to the place 20 min before closing, you couldnt find lots of things (Sometimes not even bread) and the staff didnt refilled it.

Location is very central, safe and convenient. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with fresh fruit, hot chocolate, good bread.

Wi-fi connection in my room in the 7th floor was slow, intermitent, bad quality. the same wifi in the entrance hall was very good and fast.

Breakfast was delicious and varied each day, with a wide selection. Very happy with the food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, regardless of the time of day. The location was perfect with many great restaurants nearby, including one right across the street.

The room didn’t have a bathroom fan, and the windows didn’t open at all, so airing out the room required leaving the door open as the only option. Also, while the linens and towels were clean when we arrived, the floor had not been cleaned. There was a significant amount of other people’s hair, general dust, and dirt on the floor. I used the hand towel and mopped the floor myself, and then rinsed it off in the bathroom. I didn’t realize that the double-bed room had corner windows that opened, or I would have booked that one.

The location is favorable, on a dead-end street with correspondingly little traffic noise, and very close to a number of attractive cafés and restaurants. However, access to downtown Bogotá by public transport (transmilenium busses) is inconvenient.My room, including the bathroom, was exceptionally large, leaving enough space to walk and sit around and for storing luggage properly.

My stay at Hotel bh Parque 93 began with a bad surprise, since I had booked my room expecting panorama windows with a wide view according to the photo in the booking.com web page, but got only a room with a small window looking towards a facade across the road. Upon my complaint, the staff could give me such a room for the last two of six nights, which indeed had a great view towards the sunrise over the mountains lining Bogotá.The shower was spacious, but only had an overhead showerhead.

The room was very small and not suitable for claustrophobics. I asked them several times to fix the tv connection and they just ignored me and such disrespectful way that is unbelievable to understand.

Very very clean, wonderful location, safe and near good restaurants. Friendly staff and they coordinated a shuttle for us. The driver was so nice that we ended up spending the weekend with him. Good breakfast.

Nothing, everything was great.

The location, close to tons of restaurants and full of night life; however, it’s not in the middle of the activities so you get to enjoy your stay without loud noises

The location is perfect for everything you need. The restaurants surrounding the hotel are abundant and excellent. Additionally, the staff at BH are professional, friendly and accommodating.

I honestly have no complaints or recommendations.

Very clean room and facilities

The door would not lock automatically when leaving the room. I called the front desk and had to wait for someone who never arrived. I had to figure it out trying a hundred times with the card til it finally closed. Not cool to leave the room and not knowing if the lock is safe
