During the day, the room temperature can be quite high and it‘s warm. No AC in the suite room.

Staffs are friendly and so willing to help. Location is very safe and next to great restaurant and bars. Shower water is hot WiFi very good

The room was clean and modern. The location is great for walking around at night and accessing different areas of the city. It was nice to have breakfast available.

They only provide two capsules of coffee, no matter the length of your stay. They then charge you more than $1 per additional capsule. It would be better to increase the price of the room by $2 rather than make guests feel badly for asking about the coffee capsules and having to pay extra. They discourage cleaning of the room, in the name of the environment, but at the expense of comfort. I stay in hotels - rather than AirBnB - to have trash emptied daily, towels refreshed, toiletries refreshed, etc. While the price was good, it was uncomfortable to have to ask for basic hotel services, including toiletries when the room had been cleaned. I had to ask if lotion was also an extra charge and then wait for it to be fetched.

I wouldn’t recommend booking the airport shuttle through the hotel. While the hotel initially quoted a price, driver wanted to charge double for safe arrival and for the airport wait time (which was less than an hour and expected due to immigration line). It is safe to use ride sharing apps and taxis as long as the price is confirmed beforehand.Room was a bit too warm and it wasn’t possible to open the window.

Good soundproofing despite the busy street. Quiet and clean. Very good breakfast.

Difficult to get a hot shower (Bogotá was saving on water at the time so might have been linked). I asked for the sauna once but it hadn't be turned on at the agreed time.The waffles were absolutely amazing....so they were difficult to get!!

Super basic hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. - staff very rude. The different people in reception were rude. I stayed in other hotels in Colombia and people seem to be very polite and warm. This wasn’t the case. At checkout and told the guy I ate one of the peanut snacks, and he asked me if I was sure 100% I didn’t eat anything else, 3 times. I felt I was being questioned for $2-3 it costs. - Bedroom power outlet broken. I went to tell the guy in the reception to fix it and he didn’t even take notes. - Breakfast is basic. They had just 3 varieties of hot food and the rest was bread, ham/cheese and a few fruits. - Overall the hotel is in good conditions. - Something I didn’t like is that the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, and next to the bed.

It was visiting Bogota as an stop over and some friends wanted to say hi. They were not allowed to enter the room.

Very good location to visit Bogotá. Breakfast is really delicious and excellent to discover the local fruits and dishes. The service in the restaurant is perfectly efficient and welcoming.

One member of the staff was completely disrespectful towards my wife on night 2. He asked me if I registered her implying she was a prostitute or something like that. Instead of simply asking me my room number (to verify himself if i had someone registered) he asked me and her in front of many people if i registered her.
