That you cannot order food late night

The amenities were great, it was clean, organized and easy to access and the staff was also very nice. The buffet breakfast was also very good, it had multiple different options.

The assigned suite I got was close to the road and there is an ongoing construction that extends to very late night, making it noisy and dusty if the windows was opened. The suite also didn't have air conditioning which I don't considered it necessary but due to the construction it would have been nice to have the air flowing.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was excellent

There was no coffee or tea in the room .no glasses to drink water. No water in the room was told to get water from downstairs without any glasses available . The front desk staff did not speak any English at all which was difficult to communicate with them as they could not help us in any way at any time the tv was not working & had to get the technician to come on 2 separate days

The location was convenient as it was walking distance from a bunch of bars, restaurants, and shops. Free breakfast and there’s a bar/ restaurant on property

Not enough soap or shower gel. It looks like a motel- just tiny soap bars.No hooks for hand towels.There was no iron in the room.

I ordered room service a chicken grill and churrasco in both of them the salad leaves were wilted and old .The churrasco in order although is a thin cut it was dry and way over cooked not any sign of tenderness whatsoever.The chicken grill was moist and well seasoned so definitely a point to count when doing room service .The day we were staying they were conducting some constructions so the noise it lowers the expectations but nothing out of normal.Kind regards

The property is not new, but well maintained. The location is good.

The staff are not kind. Only Camilo and the security personnel were polite and kind. The rooms need better mattresses and pillows.

Hard mattress, staff not friendly, could hear guest in upstairs room take a shower rooms aren’t soundproof. I had the breakfast buffet but food was limited. I was disappointed.

The cold selection was particularly delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from each morning.- Convenient Location: The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of a small convenience store, a gym, and several restaurants.- 24/7 Security: I appreciated the presence of 24/7 security, which made me feel safe throughout my stay.

- Unreliable Internet Connection: Unfortunately, the internet was incredibly slow and unstable. In my first room, it was nearly impossible to get a steady connection, which affected my ability to work remotely. After requesting a room change, I was informed the hotel was fully booked. However, after expressing my concerns, I was eventually upgraded to a room that supposedly had better internet. While the connection improved slightly, it was still not reliable enough for my work, forcing me to purchase mobile data, which increased my travel expenses.- Unwanted Solicitation: During my stay, a Christian group was also staying at the hotel. On multiple occasions, members of the group approached me to preach about the Bible while I was trying to relax. I understand that everyone has their beliefs, but the hotel should ensure guests are not disturbed by unsolicited preaching.

Slightly long journey to get to city centre , 30 mins in Uber but that’s not hotels fault!

Location was good. Reception was friendly.

Breakfast was kind of scarce. The hotel seemed old all together. Rooms are outdated and my room needed some fixing up ( wood work, painting, holes in the wall). The gym is very low cost, and also needs work. I would not rate this hotel 4 stars.

Modern, safe, clean, excellent breakfast and good value.

Street noise was loud at night. Distant from many of downtown attractions.
