Bogota Plaza Hotel

Basic older hotel. No frills. Would be considered 3.5 stars in North Carolina

Older hotel, loud ac unit, small refrigerator barely worked, pillows smelled as if someone sweaty slept on them, tv often out due to signal.

No rugs in room

Service and buffet breakfast is excellent.

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond.

Could not find the pool that's on the picture.

nice hotel , very good service the food was ok but not outstanding.

I would have liked a more activities like and open bar for a nice drink or cocktail to be available

People, staff and food are great

This hotel is ageing. It really needs some work to stay on the level that once was. Lots of dust in our room. everything is from the 80's

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was nice.

One of the rooms smelled like mold so I asked to be moved and they did. Food at the hotel is extremely expensive. I paid for a juice $15.

The shower took a while to get warm. Specially at night.

The restaurant staff was excellent.

The rooms need updating. All the table tops are permanently stained. No hot water in sink to shave. The air conditioning needs to be cleaned and adjusted.

Good location and breakfast is great.

Low standards in room facilities, layout and materials. For example I've almost fit in the toilet without closing the door

Bed room was clean

Room services paid so much for a salty cold chicken and blend fries not worth an hour for two plate that it was obvious that they put in the microwave let it stay there for a while and bring it to me cause I called and ask them

Clean, spacious, very quiet, has hot water and a large bathtub. The king size bed was a wonderful surprise. We loved that we could ask for extra towels or toilet paper without any issues. Cool staff.

Doesn’t have: Heating, Kettle, Cups. The fridge is tiny.

Hotel was clean, and specious. Stuff was helpful Nd polite. Breakfast was good. Hotel is bit older and need refurbishing.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff at breakfast make sure you are well taken care of.

The hot tub wasn't working in the workout area.

The staff are the best thing about the hotel, they are professional, accommodating, and friendly. The breakfast is always varied and delicious. Steam room and Sauna are a nice addition too.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Just some minor things, not worth mentioning.

After hours room service menu is reduced

Impeccable service and room, it was bigger than I had ever imagined, several years ago I used to work in another hotel in the area and always dreamt about staying here and it was lot better than I expected. The bathtub was comfortable enough, great spa service, came back brand new! We loved the breakfast, great variety and high bread quality!! Would go back in another romantic getaway!Thank you HBP staff!!
