Pros +
- Great staff, easy access, breakfast included, excellent location
- It's a cute little hotel located in a quiet street close to Zona G, where there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. The staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast, though pretty monotonous, is of good quality. The reception is open 24/7, so whenever you need anything, there's always someone to help.
- Location, cleanliness, breakfast by Leydis.
Cons -
- The only thing I might not have enjoyed was a reoccurring problem with hot water, sometimes you need to wait quite long for it to become hot and sometimes it would go cold in the middle of your shower. Annoying, but the niceness of the hotel and staff definitely overweights and I will come back :)
- The pillows were soft but too high. We received one towel on a room reserved for two…and we booked two rooms for two (same issue). We eventually received an extra towel and softer pillows.
- I didn't mind the stairs (my room was on the 3rd floor) LOL but I know going up and down 3 floors might be a hassle for some folks!! The stairs can definitely be an accessibility issue for those who need mobility assistance! Also, because of the timing of my stay, I wasn't able to have the free breakfast.. I should have asked if I could be accommodated in another way since I'd be missing that meal. But I was fine without it lol

I thoroughly appreciated the level of communication and customer service that I was provided during my entire one night stay. Communication was quick and responsive through the website messaging portal AND through WhatsApp. Although my room wasn't available for early check-in, staff had let me stay in one of the lounge areas to do some work. I had about 2 hours before I had to leave for a walking tour and they moved furniture around and constantly checked in on me while I was doing some work. They stored my luggage until I had come back which I greatly appreciated. My luggage was safely stored for about 5-6 hours. I came back in the evening and my room was ready - staff helped me carry my [2] luggages upstairs (I didn't want them to carry my checked luggage and I am more than capable of doing so, so I brought it upstairs). As I said, I only spent one night there - as soon as I came back from my tour, I had showered and got ready to go to a concert lol. The concierge at the time, Tatiana, was lovely and helped take some fit pics pre-concert (Rauw Alejandro). I literally came back to sleep for one hour because I had to leave early to catch my 6am flight! The night concierge helped me carry my bags back downstairs. My stay was short, but I was VERY well taken care of!!! I am so grateful that I had a lovely experience on my last night in Bogotá.

Very reasonable price for a clean and safe place to stay
Checking in took a very long time (around 12 minutes) despite being the only person there. I don’t think anyone has ever searched my passport for entry stamps before. I also don’t think anyone at other hotels in my 40 years of travel has gone to my room at checkout to verify that I hadn’t drank or ate the snacks they sell in the room. Maybe move those snacks out of the room and sell in the lobby to avoid the negative search that says “I don’t trust you”?
The staff was very helpful, its retreated to a quiet street, and good location, there is an Oxxo around the corner to grab water, coffee
Everything was good, will comeback again
Staff and location
Internet was very very bad in the 3rd floor where I was located. Shower worked with hot water for a bit a nd would turn cold after 3 minutes
Charming little hotel in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The staff was excellent, and very helpful. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was basic but very good (my favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice). Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.
As others have noted, soundproofing can be an issue. When I was there, only one night was there loud guests after 10pm. Not a deal breaker, but noted.
Location was great. That was the only thing that was good about this property!
Weeds in forecourt. Foyer smelt like cat urine. Had to wait 40 minutes for my room to be ready. Room was like a prison cell and no access to outside air. Very out of date decor in poor condition. Breakfast was disappointing with stale bread, no utensils or plates available ( had to request these from a staff member who went to wash some). The idea of this hotel considering itself ‘boutique’ was absurd.
Excellent breakfast, very nice cook and a cozy dining room. Silent bed room but way too small. The receptionist in the morning was exceptionaly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast, the staff, the location are excellent. I would stay again. Great safe area. Lots of walking and eating very close. There is an excelent grocery store with a courtyard to sit to grab a snack in the area as well. I already miss the fresh fruits and OJ they serve at breakfast.
Location is good breakfast very good.
Unclean. No real window. Bed / mattress completely overused… room is tiny and smelly.
Great location, clean and safe. Staff were wonderful!
Breakfast - very basic and we would have liked real coffee
Very good breakfast. Hotel well maintained and pleasant. Staff available 24 hours to open gate and provide help. Room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of nice eateries nearby.
Location is on a side street and approaching it at night felt a bit dodgy - but once you arrive the hotel is lovely!
Is in a quiet street and it is a quiet hotel. The breakfast was very good. The room was good and the bed was comfortable.
I would not recommend it for solo women travelers as after 8 pm is strongly advised by the hotel staff not to walk anywhere as it is not safe and everything closes. Also, it is not a social hotel, which is good, but the downside is that it is difficult to meet other travelers as people stay in their rooms. Also, sometimes there is no hot water, or it comes and goes while you take a shower.
Very nice hotel in a good location, a lot of beautiful houses around, many cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. In general, I like small hotel, I stayed 6 nights in Bogota and I would book this hotel again if I ever return.
The hotel was very cute, nicely decorated and run by wonderful staff who were very gracious, kind, understanding, and patient. The breakfast served each day was delicious, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. The WiFi was fast. The beds were comfy. And they let me leave my luggage after I checked out since my flight wasn't until that night.
The water in the shower sometimes wouldn't get hot, or just took a long time.
Very good location in safe neighbourhood, close to bars and restaurants - decent enough breakfast included with eggs made to order
The shower was temperamental with warm water, and the decor was slightly dated
The location is great and there’s a cosy vibe to the stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
It’s absurdly noisy, we could hear all the guests coming in and out of the hotel - even though we were staying on the 3rd floor. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was tiny. We could also spot some stains on the duvet - not nice.
Location is good. Safe and close to good restaurants and cafes
Walls are super thin, so you can hear everything happening in the hotel. No fresh air on the second floor since all the windows go straight into the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant starts to work at 7 am, so the music will wake you up. The same breakfast everyday.
